Research On Evaluation Of Community Sports Facilities From The Perspective Of Health Justice

Since the promulgation of the Healthy China 2030 Plan,urban residents’ health awareness has gradually increased,the daily physical exercise needs of urban residents have increased,and community physical exercise,as an important means of health promotion,has a positive significance for the improvement of residents’ health.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the importance of "fairness",and building a supportive environment that is conducive to health and fairness has become one of the important goals of urban planning.As a spatial carrier for community physical exercise,community sports facilities can promote the realization of urban health and fairness in our country.The construction of community-level facilities in China needs evidence.In this context,from the perspective of health equity,this article proposes a multi-dimensional evaluation system of community sports facilities fairness,and takes the city center of Jilin as a research example to evaluate the fairness of community sports facilities more comprehensively,with a view to better Guide its construction layout and improve urban health and equity.Through the interpretation of the Western concept of fairness and justice,"health equity" is parsed into three dimensions: opportunity equity,process equity and result equity.Combining the existing research results of community sports facilities and the evaluation method of the fairness of public service facilities,the fairness of community sports facilities is constructed.Evaluation system,and construct evaluation models in three dimensions of health equity,including an opportunity fair evaluation model based on spatial accessibility,a process fair evaluation model based on construction management level,and a result fair evaluation model based on differences in social characteristics.Analyze the spatial accessibility of facility supply and demand through GIS analysis;calculate the scores of each evaluation index of facility construction management level by analytic hierarchy process;superimpose the accessibility index and the construction management level score to obtain the facility acquisition capacity,and the different economic status levels 3.Social characteristics of people of different ages to analyze their ability to obtain.Based on the constructed evaluation system,Jilin city center is selected as a research example to collect and evaluate multi-source data,and it is found that there are several high-accessibility aggregation points in the space accessibility of community sports facilities in Jilin city center And there are service blind spots;the macro-level differences in construction management level are not obvious but the gaps in street scale are large;the difference in facilities accessibility under different economic status levels is not large,but there are more lagging residential communities;Good,but there are insufficient access to facilities for the elderly in some streets.Based on the above evaluation results,the causes of unfair phenomena are analyzed,and optimization strategies are proposed under each evaluation dimension,including paying attention to the layout and location of community sports facilities,improving the opening of school sports facilities,and building targeted facility function types.
