The Centime Downtown Beijing Community Sports Facilities Current Situation Problem And Countermeasures Research

The community sports is the most used closely and the effective interaction sportsfacilities of the residents. The community sports construction of sports is the importantdevelopment direction in our country after21st century. Compared with western developedcountries to the development and construction of the community sports, our communitysports facilities construction and research is still in the initial stage. The total amount ofpublic sports facilities in a high, but still troubling to fitness Beijing’s residents. In thecommunity public service satisfaction survey, residents for the community sports facilitiessatisfaction is the lowest. Therefore, the study of the present situation of Beijing municipalcommunity sports facilities and the planning and construction of research strategies havevery important significance in theory and practice.This thesis is strictly followed by the research guideline of probing intothebackground rooting out the problem exploring the approach,and base on thecorrelative knowledge,and uses the the successful experiences of the developmentsandachievements of such facilities in the countries abroad as referance, to field research as ameans of downtown Beijing city community sports facilities exist problems and deep-seatedproblems, mainly from the Perspective of city planning implementation of management level,two aspects of the development and construction of community sports facilities.The chapter1is the introduction part.Starting from the the research background, theresearch goal and the research background; and then it expatiates and defines the contentsand boundary of this research,and introduces the basic theories, gives an overview of therelated concepts, mainly studies of the theory and the main content of this paper; finally itintroduces the method, logic and research framework.The chapter2is the research background. It generally makes a review of the foreigncommunity sports facilities development and construction process, foreign community sportsconstruction of basic types and characteristics. Reviewed our country community sportsfacilities development and construction process, analyzes our country community sportsfacilities exist problems.The chapter3is the part of investigation and case analyses of of Beijing communitysports facilities present situation. First it introducs the city public sports facilities of Beijing;secondly, it combings the Beijing urban community sports facilities present situationproblem by using the data that through the investigation, questionnaire investigation,interview that investigation，and describes the number of facilities, quality, type, spatiallayout, management, physical activity behavior, satisfaction and individual needsdeep-seated analysis. Finally, it analyzes the problems of present situation, mainly from theplanning level, management level, the implementation of level three aspects respectivelywith respect to the current situation of incentive is described, and put forward theadministrative system, management, legal aspects of the deep-seated reasons.
