Evaluation And Optimization Of Urban Community Health Service Facilities In The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

Community health service facilities can provide people with basic and convenient medical and health services,and play an important role in the prevention and treatment of common diseases and chronic diseases.Their reasonable and efficient supply can improve the comprehensive service capacity of the medical service system and provide people with more powerful health protection.With the economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standards,people have a higher level of demand for community health service facilities.However,the current lack of primary medical resource allocation has led to a limited supply of community health service facilities.It is difficult to match the growing needs of residents in terms of quantity and quality,and they cannot provide them with adequate and high-quality community health services.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between the supply and demand of community health service facilities,increase high-quality supply,and provide people with refined and high-quality community medical and health services.This paper determines the evaluation indicators for the coordinated development of supply and demand based on combing the related research of public product theory,life circle theory,public service facilities,etc.,and analyzing the relationship between supply subjects and residents’ demand of community health service facility.Combined with social surveys and big data analysis,a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of community health service facilities is constructed.In the empirical study,Suzhou Xiangcheng District is selected as the research scope.On the basis of understanding the characteristics of facility supply and demand by collating the current situation of facility supply and questionnaire interviews,the article evaluates and analyzes community health service facilities from the perspective of supply and demand by spatial analysis.And then explore the factors that affect the supply and demand of community health service facilities in Xiangcheng District.Finally,optimization strategies and improvement suggestions are proposed based on the current situation of supply and demand of facilities and influencing factors.The research results show that the community health service facilities in Xiangcheng District have much room for improvement in terms of spatial layout,supply capacity and service quality level,and the supply of facilities varies greatly between regions.The results of the supply of community health service facilities vary greatly due to the built environment of the community itself and the surrounding areas,and the phenomenon of lagging in facility construction in some areas is obvious.Residents’demand for the use of community health service facilities is still dominated by the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases,but they also gradually generate demand for diversified services and high-quality medical treatment.People of different social attributes also have different needs for facilities.In order to improve the adaptability of the supply of facilities to the needs of residents,the article proposes optimization suggestions in terms of improving the spatial layout,supply scale and quality level.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide ideas for improving urban health and promoting health equity.
