Under the background of rapid economic and social development, people’s living standards have been greatly improved, and they have begun to pursue a higher quality of life. The indoor thermal environment of the air conditioner not only determines the thermal comfort of the human body but also has an impact on human health.Air conditioners are widely used in hot summer and cold winter areas in China, where the winter is humid and cold, and the heating effect of air conditioners often fails to reach the comfort standard. There are many factors that affect the heating effect of air conditioners. In this paper, the effects of external wall insulation performance, ambient temperature, room position and air supply parameters on the heating effect of the air conditioner and the indoor thermal environment are discussed through numerical simulation.Taking the small office in Nanjing area as the research object, first of all,the mathematical physical model of the simulated room was established through CFD and the reliability of the model was verified.Based on the above model, the effects of external wall insulation performance, ambient temperature, room position, air supply speed and air supply angle on the heating effect of the air conditioner were studied. The results show that the five factors have an effect on the indoor thermal environment during air conditioning heating operation All have a certain influence. When the air conditioning setting parameters are the same, the external wall insulation performance, ambient temperature and room position have a greater influence on the temperature distribution in the vertical direction of the room, especially below 1.1m height, and have less influence on the uniformity of the horizontal temperature distribution.Research on the air supply speed and angle shows that the larger the air supply speed, the smaller the indoor temperature difference, but the excessive air supply speed will cause a feeling of blowing. The best air supply speed is 2.5m / s ~ 3m / s.The smaller the angle between the air supply and the vertical wall, the smaller the temperature difference between the planes. If the angle is too large, the energy will be wasted. If the angle is too small, the local wind speed will be larger. The optimal air supply angle is about 30 °.In addition to the indoor thermal environment, air conditioning energy consumption has also been the focus of research in the field of air conditioning. This paper simulates the annual load and energy consumption of office air conditioners through De ST software, analyzes the influence of external wall insulation performance, ambient temperature, room position on air conditioning energy consumption and summarizes the relationship curve between air conditioning energy consumption and outdoor temperature. The results show that when the thickness of the insulation layer is 80 mm,it is the most energy-saving.The location of the room has a small impact on cooling energy consumption and a greater impact on heating energy consumption. The annual air conditioning energy consumption per unit area of the top end household is 7.8k Wh higher than that of the standard middle household. The research work in this paper has done a systematic study on the indoor thermal environment and energy consumption of wall-mounted air conditioners in order to provide a basis for the correct use and energy-saving optimization of wall-mounted air conditioners. |
