Due to abnormal weather appear constantly in recent years, such as hot summerand cold winter, the original indoor thermal environment can not meet the needs of thepeople, split air conditioning as the main heat regulation of residential buildingequipment, play an effective to adjust the room temperature and humidity, enhancethe indoor comfort. As a special kind of residential building, students’ dormitory is animportant place for students live and learn, to improve thermal environment ofdormitory, unified air-conditioners installed across many universities, the current lack ofdormitory air-conditioned thermal environment system research, there are often issuessuch as indoor air is dry, uneven distribution of airflow, winter cold stratification,energy consumption growth. Therefore explore ways of balancing air-conditionedcondition student dormitory of thermal comfort and save energy consumption is anurgent problem for the construction energy conservation workers.In this paper, the author summarizing home and abroad indoor thermal comfort onthe basis of theoretical and practical research, take a college student dormitory inChongqing area as study object, by adopting the combination of questionnaire and fieldmeasurement method to carry out the students’ dormitory air-conditioned condition ofindoor thermal environment research. First of all,based on the questionnaire survey ofsuch as thermal sensation, humidity and blowing are subjective data for statisticalanalysis, compared with the measured objective data such as temperature, humidity andwind speed, preliminary evaluation student dormitory air-conditioned condition heatenvironment in Chongqing area. Moreover applying CFD to simulate the studentdormitory under the specific conditions of indoor thermal environment in winter andsummer, with simulation results of indoor velocity field, temperature field is analyzed,and then compared to the actual measured data validation, further evaluation of students’dormitory air-conditioned condition indoor air distribution and thermal comfort. Inaddition, for qualitative and quantitative description dormitory air conditioning energyconsumption in the cases of the status quo, the author uses the concrete experiment,respectively analyzed the influence of several factors such as outdoor thermalenvironment, the indoor initial temperature ects on the summer air conditioning energy consumption,so as to put forward some feasible air-conditioning energy savingmeasures.This paper aims to studies the thermal environment of the university students’dormitory air-conditioned condition, serves the student dormitory for the energy-savinguse of air-conditioning and provides a scientific and reasonable basis, in meet thedemand of students for thermal environment under the premise of saving the energy.
