| With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,Residents are increasingly demanding of indoor thermal comfort,and heating and air conditioning energy consumption is higher and higher.So reducing the kind of energy consumption has become the top priority of residential building energy conservation.In the past two decades,the popularity of software simulation has become increasingly high in China,and it has become an important requirement for the industry to accurately simulate energy consumption in the building renovation or design stage.However,more and more researchers have found that there is a big gap between the actual energy consumption and the predicted energy consumption of buildings.In addition,for residential buildings,the actual energy consumption level largely depends on the user’s energy consumption behavior.The evaluation of air conditioning energy consumption after building operation often results in deviation or misjudgment due to different user’s use behavior.Therefore,it is of great scientific value to explore the gap between the measured and predicted energy consumption of residential air conditioning,to unify the energy consumption standards and to achieve the comparability of the measured energy consumption of different residential buildings.Therefore,it is of great scientific value to explore the gap between the measured and predicted energy consumption of residential heating and air conditioning,and to accurately and scientifically evaluate the energy consumption of buildings.In this paper,the research status and problems of energy consumption simulation software,energy consumption influencing factors and post evaluation are reviewed.The main content of this paper is determined by the research methods of measurement and simulation.Through the long-term monitoring of indoor temperature and humidity and heating and air conditioning energy consumption in the residential building demonstration project in the Yangtze river region,the current level of thermal environment and heating and air conditioning energy consumption of residential buildings in the Yangtze River region is mastered,and the characteristics of the actual energy consumption of residents are summarized.Based on the actual buildings and standard specifications,the housing model is established.And based on the difference between the measured and predicted values of air conditioning energy consumption,the factors(Outdoor meteorological parameters,air tightness,air conditioning efficiency and use mode)that affect the deviation of energy consumption are determined,the influence degree of factors on the deviation of energy consumption is quantitatively studied,and the rationality of the factors is analyzed,in which the use behavior of air conditioning is the most important factor.In this paper,three factors,i.e.the set temperature of residential air conditioning,the days of air conditioning operation and the hours of daily operation,are considered synthetically,and the index of air conditioning operation degree hours is put forward.Combined with the use characteristics of residential air conditioning in the Yangtze River Rigion,the value of each factor is determined,and K-means cluster analysis is used to classify the use behavior level of air conditioning into economic type,comfortable type and high consumption type.The operation hours of typical cities and the critical values of three kinds of air conditioning behaviors are calculated.Using Energy Plus to simulate192 occupant behaviors,it is found that there is a significant linear relationship between energy consumption and the index,which proves the effectiveness of the method.According to this judgment method,it is concluded that the actual occupant behaviors of the test dwellings in the Yangtze River region are all economical,and it is predicted that theair conditioning energy consumption of residential in the comfortable behavior mode still meets the energy consumption limit of 20kWh/m~2·a.According to the degree that the actual operation degree hours are close to the corresponding critical value in the air conditioning behavior category,the relative energy consumption indexηis put forward to realize the comparison of different building energy consumption levels.Two test houses are evaluated by this evaluation method,and it is found that the building body of house 1 is more energy-saving.This evaluation method provides a new idea for the scientificity and accuracy of residential building energy consumption evaluation. |
