With the development of my country’s rural economy and the increase of residents’ income,rural residents have gradually put forward new requirements for the healthy and comfortable living environment,economical and practical,green,energy-saving and land-saving,ecological and environmental protection,and respect for nature.The development of green,low-carbon,and ecological rural housing is the current direction of the country’s rural construction.However,the large number of rural houses,the design of farm houses are mostly spontaneous construction,lack of professional guidance,and farmers’ lack of awareness of indoor thermal comfort improvement are all factors that hinder the improvement of thermal comfort in farm houses.Therefore,combining with the climate characteristics of southern Shandong region,finding the construction technology optimization method suitable for rural housing in southern Shandong region to reduce the housing thermal load and energy consumption,improve the indoor thermal comfort of rural housing,is the development direction of the construction of green ecological and energy saving rural housing.This article takes the rural houses in southern Shandong as the research object,and mainly conducts the research on the indoor thermal comfort of the rural houses in winter.Linyi City was selected as the representative in the southern Shandong area to conduct a survey on the status quo of traditional farm houses and the distribution of questionnaires in Linyi City.Sort out the construction year,area and number of floors,construction methods,design conditions,wall structure,door and window types,roof types and ground types,whether insulation measures are used,whether there are sun rooms and other data for rural houses.Two typical farm houses were selected,namely the traditional stone-built houses and the common brick-concrete structure farm houses.Use the instrument to measure the indoor and outdoor temperature,humidity and black bulb temperature of a typical farm house,and calculate the theoretical value of its indoor thermal comfort.The subjective evaluation of indoor thermal comfort has also been statistically analyzed,including indoor temperature perception,humidity perception,wind speed perception,overall thermal environment perception,and expected indoor thermal environment improvement directions in winter.The building structure,enveloping structure and equipment system of the experimental farm house to be constructed are explained,and the indoor thermal comfort and heating energy consumption of the typical farm house and the experimental farm house are simulated in the Design builder energy consumption simulation software.The analysis shows that the current indoor thermal environment of rural houses cannot meet the requirements of the comfort standard interval,and the heating energy consumption is extremely high.If you want to improve indoor comfort and reduce heating energy consumption,you must take corresponding measures.Therefore,based on the improvement of indoor thermal comfort,the corresponding farm house construction technology optimization options are proposed.On the basis of maintaining the traditional style of stone-built houses in southern Shandong,the thermal insulation performance,heating method,and ventilation optimization of the envelope structure are optimized to improve the indoor thermal comfort of rural houses and reduce heating energy consumption.The Lunan area studied in this article is just a starting point,and I hope that it can play a role in giving points to all aspects.In the process of building a new countryside in an all-round way,in-depth study of the thermal environment improvement and energy saving of rural houses.In order to maintain the traditional style of rural housing,the construction of new rural housing that is more economical,more beautiful and more livable will bring certain inspiration. |
