Nowadays, there is a high proportion of increasing demand of split type air conditioning in homes and compact office.Based on the room layout and the operability of installation, the set of indoor unit may not be appropriate, and there are problems which can’t achieve the purpose of comfort and energy saving. The thermal environment and comfort level of the air conditioning room was studied by experimental test and numerical simulation. The optimization design idea, which set the thermal comfort as the targeting point, was put forward on the precondition of not changing energy consumption. The summer cooling result shows that the vertical temperature difference of each measuring seat point is controlled within 2 ℃.The air speed in each working condition also meets the requirement of comfort index. The PMV-PPD(PMV: Predicted Mean Vote,PPD:Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied)index in each working condition is slightly warm, the overall comfort level can still be just fit.In the winter heating cases, there is a huge vertical temperature difference. The maximum vertical temperature difference between 0.1m and1.7m at the same measuring seat in all conditions is over 5 ℃.The PMV-PPD index of all conditions performs well in middle and upper space, but there is a number of negative PMV index in the lower space, which confirms the obvious stratification of indoor temperature. The optimization design idea was put forward in view of the problems existing in air distribution. In winter, the cold zone is obvious controlled, and the vertical temperature difference of each seat is controlled within 2 ℃.The average PMV index of the measuring seats in summer cooling condition is +0.33,the average PPD index is 12.95%,which is significantly improved compared with the existing cooling conditions. The average PMV index of the measuring seats in winter heating condition is +0.09,the average PPD index is6.27%,that fitted the highest comfort requirement.Through the analysis of the air-conditioned room and simulation of the optimization design,it provides a theoretical basis for better installation and air supply of the indoor unit, which achieves the expected purpose.Figure 55;Table 20;Reference 53...
