Research On Financing Risk Management Of HY Nuclear Power Plant Project

Nuclear power plant project shareholder background,abundant financing amount is huge,strong ability to repay,for bank considerable comprehensive benefits,gears slowdown in the current domestic economic,commercial bank assets into the narrow,asset quality concern about the environment,nuclear power plant project financing business for granted as Banks scrambling to develop high quality credit business.However,because nuclear power plant projects have some unique risks that cannot be ignored,in the process of financing,if the risk assessment method is not appropriate,it will not be able to effectively identify the project financing risks and take countermeasures in advance,leading to the occurrence of loan risks and the decline in credit asset quality.Therefore,it is particularly important to judge the possible risks of financing projects in advance,analyze the risk factors,and propose countermeasures,so as to provide theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for the risk management of Banks.This paper studies the risk management of the project from the following three steps: the first step is risk identification.Firstly,the risk factors of the project were identified through literature research.Second,Delphi method was used to identify the risk factors of the project through letter consultation.Finally,from the perspective of the relationship between risk and the outside world,the financing risk of HY nuclear power plant project is divided into systematic risk and non-systematic risk.The second step is risk assessment.Through the establishment of the nuclear power plant project financing risk evaluation index system,and the application of the entropy based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of financing risk,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the financing risk of HY nuclear power plant phase ii project were made.Through the innovative research method of entropy weight,this paper tries to evaluate the risk indicators objectively,so as to construct a more objective and accurate risk evaluation method with clear results and good operability for the financing of the second phase of HY nuclear power plant project.Step three: risk management.In combination of the actual situations of the risk assessment results and the project research work out specific measures to deal with and avoid all kinds of risk,forming a set of both practical and operational nuclear power plant project financing risk management method,the analysis method and train of thought can also be the bank and other Banks in the BC using the third generation of nuclear plant project financing risk management for reference.
