Study On Landscape Planning And Design Of Jing Ocean Town

The characteristic town is an important breakthrough point in the integration of urban and rural development in China,which is of great significance to industrial transformation and upgrading,to relieve the pressure of big cities and to promote employment entrepreneurship.With the rapid development of the characteristic town,various problems increasingly emerge,such as lack of characteristics,landscape construction neglection,ecological environment destruction,real estate orientation and so on.In order to promote the benign development of characteristic town,its developing mechanism ought to be explored from more aspects.Based on the theory of complex adaptation system and with landscape planning and design as the main research content,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the characteristic town with the Jing ocean town in Jiangping town,Dongxing city,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example,and explores the development path for the characteristic town.The main research contents and results are as follows:First of all,through the literature and case analysis of the research status of characteristic towns,the features of landscape construction of characteristic towns in different developing stages are explored.The studies on the landscape of characteristic towns mainly concentrate on planning and design of specific characteristic town,regional cultural expression,building of landscape evaluation and construction system,and discussions in other aspects.Secondly,it explores the system suitable for the landscape construction of characteristic town from the perspective of complex adaptation system.Through the study of related documents and materials,the basic dimensions of the complex adaptation system of Jing ocean town are preliminarily extracted,namely infrastructure,culture,ecology and industry.On this basis,combining the actual situation of Jing ocean town,this paper further establishes the target system of landscape construction of Jing ocean town undercomplex adaptation system with 12 specific targets in total,namely transportation,revetment,service,square,architecture,dress,fishing,folk custom,garden plants,wildlife resources,tourism and marine products processing industry.The fundamental framework of landscape construction of Jing ocean town is thus established.Thirdly,the infrastructure,culture,ecology and industry of Jing ocean town are investigated and analyzed.Through investigation,it is concluded that the Jing ocean town can basically meet the needs of characteristic town landscape construction.That is,infrastructure: the border location is superior,the transportation network is developed;the basic service facilities are complete,yet the tourist service management is defective;the square area is vast,which needs to be planned and sorted out.Culture: Jing nationality culture is strong.There are 15 pseudo-classic architectures with Jing characteristics in scale,standard and decoration;clothing,fishing,folk customs and other cultural activities are rich enough to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of tourists and residents.Ecology:There are 152 kinds of garden plants(including subspecies,variety,variant)in the public green space of Jing ocean town,belonging to 60 families and 117 genus,with remarkable South Asian tropical landscape features.The number of ancient trees is 262.Among them,there is one ancient and famous tree(Bhesa robusta)and one group of ancient trees(Wutou village),displaying ancient trees profound cultural heritage.A total of 4260 migratory birds were observed in the winter of 2018 and spring of 2019,belonging to 23 genera of 7families,including the wild animal with special state protection yellow beak egret(Egretta eulophotes),demonstrating various bird species.Industry: border tourism gains popularity,and the number of tourists grows year by year;marine products processing industry investment increase,and its economic proportion increases significantly.The investigation and analysis provide a large number of basic data for the characteristic towns landscape construction of Jiangping Town and establish the content and development direction of landscape planning and design of Jing ocean town,thus the reference for the landscape construction of characteristic towns in the same type is offered.Finally,based on the survey datas and analysis results,practical study on the landscape planning and design of Jing ocean town is made.The study applies the investigating results into planning and design,revamping and upgrading the existing landscape of Jing ocean town,exploring the ways suitable for the landscape construction of small towns with minority characteristics,verifing the scientificity and rationality of the proposed conclusions.Jing ocean town firmly seizes the opportunity when both thecountry and autonomous region are promoting characteristic town construction,actively undertaking the new Fangchenggang border tourism development strategy,and making overall integration of Jing nationality cultural resources and natural resources including ocean,fishing,land,agriculture,forestry and wetland.Under the core concept of“ecological priority,people-oriented,culture as the soul,industry development,” the Jing ocean town landscape will present an overall layout of “one area,three districts,and ten sceneries”.It will optimize the key regions landscape environment,and organically integrate elements such as cultural experience,ecological construction,coastal vacation,comfortable living and industrial development,so as to build a Jing ocean town with strong ethnic culture,beautiful landscape and distinctive industrial features.
