The Research On The Planning And Construction Of Cultural Tourism Featured Small Town

In recent years,the construction of characteristic towns in China is in full swing.With the continuous progress of the construction of cultural tourism town,there are some problems in the process of planning,design and construction,which need to be summarized and studied.Based on the understanding of the connotation,characteristics and related theories of characteristic towns,combined with the development needs of cultural tourism,this paper proposes the planning and design strategies for characteristic towns of cultural tourism at present.Finally,it makes an empirical analysis based on the planning project of Jishan Chu cultural town participated by individuals.The paper is divided into six parts:Part one: analysis of research background.The background analysis of the emergence of characteristic towns of culture and tourism shows that the purpose and significance of this study is to have a preliminary understanding of characteristic towns of culture and tourism.The second part: the literature and tourism characteristic town related theory and the research summary.First of all,the concept of this type of small town has a clear understanding,and then the relevant planning and construction theories are studied.The in-depth study of the planning theories of cultural and tourism characteristic towns at home and abroad lays a foundation for the research of cultural and tourism towns in the later period.Part three: the research on the development of wenlv town.At present,the development process and quantity of cultural and tourism towns are summarized,and the construction situation of cultural and tourism towns is understood by combining typical cases at home and abroad.Problems in the planning and construction of cultural and tourism towns are pointed out,and Suggestions are put forward.The fourth part: focusing on the planning and design principles,concept shaping,development strategy and planning and design of cultural and tourism town,proposes the planning and design strategy of this type of town.The fifth part: taking Jishan Chu culture town as an example,based on the planning and design strategy proposed in the fourth part,the planning and design is studied and analyzed.
