Research On Influencing Factors Of Project Planning And Design Of Characteristic Industrial Towns

In recent years,China’s social and economic has been rapidly developped.And its overall strength has increased rapidly.However,the uncoordinated and imperfect industrial structure has led to an increasing gap between urban and rural areas.The state solves the employment problem of the surplus rural labor force by promoting the process of urbanization,and then promotes local development.Urbanization is an important measure to achieve social equity and economic development.However,at the same time as urbanization has developed rapidly,many social problems have also emerged,such as: ecological destruction,lack of resources,uneven distribution of labor,and shortage of talents.In this context,the emergence of characteristic towns can better promote the transition process from rural to town.Therefore,characteristic towns are of great significance to China’s urbanization process.Many policies promulgated by the state mentioned that the construction of characteristic towns is an important measure to promote the process of urbanization.And encouraged local governments promote special town projects based on actual conditions.Characteristic towns are a new model and carrier to realize the urbanization of new cities.Their promotion should follow the principle of adapting to local conditions,and treat or combine distinctive advantages such as culture,industry and geography to achieve the harmonious development of society.At present,the introduction and promotion of characteristic towns in China is relatively short,and a relatively mature development theory and operation model has not yet been formed.There are many problems in the construction process and development and operation stages,such as: neglecting local conditions,not prominent town characteristics,and lack of Investment motivation,poor industrial planning,severe pan-real estate,and lack of talents.These problems are directly related to the overall planning and design plan before the initial investment of the characteristic town project.If the factors considered in the planning and design are not comprehensive,there is a high probability of problems in the later stage of the project.Therefore,the overall planning and design plan also has a very important leading role in the development process of the characteristic town project,which cannot be ignored.Under this background,firstly,this paper studies the development status and related theories of the characteristic towns at home and abroad;secondly,selects the typical cases of characteristic towns at home and abroad for research and summarizes relevant experience;then,establishes characteristic small towns Influencing factor index system of town planning and design and optimizing it;finally,taking Tanyi Wooden Town as an example,the planning and design analysis of the project is based on the influencing factor index system of planning and design of characteristic towns and the actual situation of the project.The overall study has certain theoretical and practical significance.
