In recent years,with the development of society and economy,China has begun to fully enter the process of urbanization,but the number of domestic towns and towns is huge,the degree of development and the main industry are different,and it is necessary to explore a reasonable development route.The cultivation of characteristic towns should be carried out.The characteristic town itself should have good resource endowment,and take the most competitive industry in the country as the core,adhere to its main function,combine various other industry types and cultural characteristics,integrate resources,form a cluster-type industrial chain,and improve small The market's market awareness,adjustment of economic structure,improvement of residents' living conditions,revitalization of the countryside,and embark on a green development path.This paper takes the hot spring town of Mianxian County as the research object,and draws on the comparative analysis of the three cases of Yufuyuan Hot Spring Town,Huashuiwan Hot Spring Resort and Yuexi Hot Spring Town,through the field research,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods,the following conclusions are obtained.1.The town is located on the south bank of the Han River,30 km away from Hanzhong City.The cultural characteristics are integrated into the culture of the Three Kingdoms,and the industrial development is integrated into the economic circle of Hanzhong City;2.Analysis of the general planning layout,its structure can be summarized as "one heart,two belts and seven zones." Among them,the “One Heart” ancient hot spring resort has become the core industrial area of the town;3.Landscape design extracts the symbols of the culture and folk culture of the Three Kingdoms,which are displayed on the carriers of buildings,roads,squares,essays,sculptures,etc.,reflecting the new style of towns and towns coexisting in ancient and modern times.Through practice analysis and research,I hope to provide some reference for the planning and design of other characteristic towns.
