With the increasingly serious environmental pollution caused by the burning of fossil fuels,the clean energy power generation represented by photovoltaic power generation has attracted wide attention.However,the randomness and volatility of photovoltaic output demand the reliability of power system dispatching.Introducing the carbon trading mechanism into the operation and dispatching of the power system can make the operation of the system more low-carbon,environmentally friendly,economical and reasonable.This paper studies the scheduling strategy and evaluation of power system with photovoltaic power generation.First of all,this article studies large amounts of articles home and abroad of carbon cap-and-trade market as well as its relationship with the electric power industry,the development of photovoltaic power generation and power scheduling,comprehensive evaluation method,photovoltaic output characteristics.And also explores the electric power dispatching model establishing method,the theory of carbon emissions trading,the photovoltaic short-term output modeling method.Then,this paper studies the multi-objective optimal scheduling model including photovoltaic power generation.The objective function of the model includes thermal power operation cost,carbon trading cost and pollutant emission.The entropy weight method is used to assign weights to different targets to transform them into a single objective function.The photovoltaic power output is reduced by k-means clustering method to improve the prediction accuracy.Then,four scheduling schemes with different optimization purposes were established in the analysis of examples,and qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis was carried out.It was found that the scheduling model proposed in this paper has good economy,environmental protection and reliability.Finally,the fuzzy evaluation system of power dispatching strategy including photovoltaic power generation is established,and the four dispatching schemes mentioned above are evaluated objectively based on data.Different secondary evaluation indexes are established from the aspects of economy,environmental protection,benefit and reliability of photovoltaic power generation,and weights are given by entropy weight method.Finally,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of power dispatching strategy including photovoltaic power generation is established.The results of numerical examples show that the fuzzy evaluation level of the proposed model is optimal,which verifies the rationality and optimality of the proposed scheduling scheme of power system including photovoltaic power generation.At the same time,the two-level comprehensive evaluation system of power dispatching including photovoltaic power generation proposed in this paper has universal applicability.This study puts forward a new thinking on the power dispatching problem in the form of photovoltaic power generation and provides a reference for the establishment of the economic dispatching evaluation system of power system with photovoltaic power generation.
