| With the proposal of sustainable Development Goals,the output of traditional highpollution energy is increasingly unable to keep up with the pace of social development in the 21st century,and the emerging green renewable energy,led by solar photovoltaic power generation,begins to be recognized by the society.Compared with some developed countries,China’s photovoltaic power generation industry lags behind in development and lacks management experience,so it will face various risks in the actual construction of photovoltaic power generation projects.Therefore,there is an urgent need for risk identification and risk assessment of some photovoltaic power generation projects in China.This paper firstly introduces the current situation of risk assessment at home and abroad,sorts out the related risk concepts and basic knowledge of photovoltaic power generation project risk assessment.Combined with the construction process of photovoltaic power generation project,cluster correlation mining is carried out on its potential risk indicators from five aspects,including external environment,natural environment,technology,economy and market.The improved cluster-association rule is adopted to determine the correlation degree between various risk factors and the target layer,and the risk assessment factors are screened.According to the screening results,the risk indicators that do not meet the minimum value holding degree are deleted,and the remaining risk indicators are sorted according to the support degree,and the risk assessment indicator system of new photovoltaic power generation projects is constructed.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy weight method,respectively,from the Angle of subjective and objective assignment for each risk indexes and considering two kinds of quantitative index weight assignment method and finally,at the same time,the risk assessment index system and weight value is applied to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through example analysis and calculation,quantitative indicators at various levels of risk value finally,A comprehensive risk assessment model of photovoltaic power generation project is constructed.Then,the model is compared with the traditional risk assessment model to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the model.Finally,based on FBProphet algorithm to predict pv power generation and monitor abnormal temperature at any time,guide operators to conduct fault detection and analysis,and reduce risk values from the construction and operation of PV power generation projects,which has certain guiding significance for domestic PV power plants.Figure[34]table[17]reference[63]... |
