| Since the end of the 20 th century,China’s medical service system has entered a stage of rapid development,and the construction of hospitals has been carried out on a large scale,striving to provide better and more efficient medical services for patients and a more efficient,comfortable and safe working environment for medical workers,so as to improve the core quality of livelihood projects.Hospital logistics support system has been playing an extremely important role in the operation of hospitals.With the increasing number and scale of hospitals,the organization and construction of hospital logistics support system have become more complex and important work projects.Hospital logistics service is mainly responsible for the work,scientific research,teaching and the stability of life provide a wide range of support,mainly to provide water,warm,electricity construction equipment support,offer medical devices in medical treatment activity is supported,health care for all kinds of supplies,and provide food,clothing and other logistical support garbage and sewage treatment.However,in the architectural design of general hospitals,the author finds that the architectural design of hospitals in xi ’an now mainly focuses on the main medical service space(such as outpatient service,medical technology and comprehensive inpatient department),while the logistic support part of hospitals is often the most easily neglected part.Located in the western region of China,xi ’an is relatively backward in the construction and development of hospitals compared with the developed areas in the southern coastal areas.And in our country,there is less research on the architecturaldesign of hospital logistics support buildings.Therefore,the author will focus on exploring how to learn from the logistic security building architecture design experience of advanced hospital cases in advanced regions through data research and field visits.Combined with the development of current and future advanced medical equipment and technology,the architectural design level of logistics support houses in large-scale general hospitals in Xi’an has been improved to better meet the needs of future medical service development and provide patients in Xi’an with more Quality medical service environment.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background,significance and purpose of the thesis,the current status of research at home and abroad,the research content,framework and research methods.Chapter 2 The related factors that affect the construction of logistics support houses in general hospitals.This paper explores the impact on the construction of logistics support houses in general hospitals from the perspective of macro policies,logistics management models,and the level of medical technology.Conducted field investigations on the current status of the construction of guaranteed housing to identify problems.Chapter 3Research on the overall layout design of logistics support houses in general hospitals.From the perspective of the overall layout planning of general hospitals,the relationship between logistics support houses in hospitals and natural wind and hydrology is analyzed in detail.The relationship between the building and various medical parts and various types of logistics support houses.Chapter 4 is the research on the design of the single building of the logistics support buildings in general hospitals.The logistics support buildings in general hospitals are divided into three categories:construction equipment rooms,medical equipment rooms,medical security rooms,and other logistics security rooms.Detailed research on individual building design for each type of building.Chapter 5 puts forward preliminary suggestions and relevant material support for the architectural design of logistics support houses in Xi’an general hospital,from the development trend of large-scale general hospitals in Xi’an,the corresponding development direction of logistics support houses,and the logistics support houses of large-scale general hospitals in Xi’an.The overall layout plan covers the proportion ofvarious types of logistics support function rooms in large-scale general hospitals in Xi’an and the application of new technologies in general hospital logistics support systems.Preliminary discussion of development.Chapter 6,Conclusion,summarizes the whole thesis and draws the conclusions. |
