Research On The Architectural Design Of Emergency Center Of Large General Hospitals In Xi'an Area Hospital

In the past few years,the construction of chest pain center,stroke center and trauma center in China's emergency centers has experienced a stage from the beginning to the rapid development.In particular,since 2016,the state has successively issued the construction and management guidelines for the three centers,and the construction of the three centers ushered in the explosive growth of scale.The tide of closed-loop and centralized development of emergency center is started.The modern emergency center,represented by stroke center,chest pain center and trauma center,has become a new trend in the construction and renewal of large general hospitals.Xi'an,as the capital city of Shaanxi Province and the center city with the most excellent medical conditions in Northwest China,the re centralized construction of emergency center is particularly important.But the construction of the three centers also faces many problems.In terms of norms,the norms of emergency centers for the construction of the three centers have not been updated in time,which makes the construction of emergency centers in hospitals have no rules to follow.In terms of hospitals,there are no mature construction cases of the three centers for reference.Most of the existing three centers are the combination of scattered points of functional rooms,and there is no special region set for entities.This paper is based on the emergency center of Xi'an large general hospital,focusing on the existing problems,using the methods of literature research,case analysis,real state research,interdisciplinary and graphic analysis.Through screening,determine the scope of research,select typical cases within the scope of research for systematic analysis,and summarize the main problems and current characteristics of these typical cases.The main problems are as follows:(1).The three centers of large-scale general hospital are distributed in the form of scattered joint,which is less efficient than the unitary integrated layout.(2)The scale of emergency center does not match the scale of hospital.Many hospitals reserve less space for the emergency center,which leads to the overcrowding of the emergency centerspace.(3).The organization efficiency of spatial streamline is low,and the internal streamline of many emergency centers does not form a closed loop,which leads to patients' backtracking and congestion.(4)A lot of hospital ownerignore the quality of interior space.These problems provide ideas for the research of emergency centers based on the three centers.The unit integrated layout is more suitable for the emergency center to pursue the efficient nature;the scale area is not the hard condition to limit the emergency center,so the layout should be combined with the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and the specialty advantages of the hospital;the analysis of the spatial organization finds that the grid spatial layout is the horizontal space layout form;the humanized environment needs to be paid more attention in the emergency with three centers.In order to help the patients who go directly to the three centers to make a prompt,we should add the identification system of the three centers in the first level identification.And Increase the consideration of perceptual environment.Secondly,by investigating the typical cases of six other typical cities,there are Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Hangzhou and Nanjing,and interpreting them from the perspectives of planning,layout and architectural design,this paper systematically combs the design points of these typical cases.It is applied to the architectural design of emergency center based on three centers.Then the architectural design of the emergency center is systematically discussed from planning to spatial layout to functional room design.(1).The spatial layout of the emergency center based on the three centers is divided into vertical spatial layout and horizontal spatial layout.(2).The main functional rooms in the emergency center based on the three centers are analyzed quantitatively,including compound operating room,rescue room,intensive care room,observation room,infusion room,etc.Finally,the research results are applied to a practical case to show the design points more intuitively.The case adopts the vertical layout,taking the trauma center as an example,through the analysis of the plane function space and streamline of the trauma center,the research results are displayed.
