Research On Architectural Design Of Nuclear Medicine Based On Evidence-based Design In Xi’an Modern General Hospital

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level and people’s living standard,great changes have taken place in people’s lifestyle,especially in diet,coupled with the acceleration of China’s industrialization,urbanization and aging process,ecological environment and food safety problems have a great impact on the health of residents.According to the big data report on China’s national health and nutrition in2020 released by Guanghua post,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and tumors have become the two diseases with the highest mortality rate in China,seriously affecting people’s healthy life span.In the past decade,the number of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and tumors has nearly doubled,with an average of one person suffering from cancer every 10 seconds,Every 30 seconds,one person dies of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.The nuclear medicine subject studied in this paper mainly carries out the examination,diagnosis and treatment of the above diseases.As an important medical technology department,it plays an important role in assisting clinical departments to make accurate diagnosis and formulate treatment plans for related diseases.Nuclear medicine diagnosis has the advantages of high sensitivity,variety of radiopharmaceuticals and specificity.At present,China’s nuclear medicine department is still in the stage of rapid development,but there are few norms about the architectural design of nuclear medicine discipline,which has not yet formed a systematic study and lacks complete theoretical guidance for the construction of nuclear medicine discipline.It is necessary and urgent to study the architectural design of modern hospital nuclear medicine discipline.This paper belongs to the sub topic of "architectural design research of modern hospital specialized treatment space".With the progress of modern medical science and technology,according to different diseases,different diagnosis modes and different treatment schemes,it has become a necessary guarantee for modern hospitals to solve the disease treatment environment by emphasizing the specialized treatment space adapting to the needs of differentiated medicine.This paper will start from the architectural design of the exclusive treatment space of the nuclear medicine subject,and further study the architectural design of the nuclear medicine subject according to the particularity of the nuclear medicine subject.In the first chapter of this paper,through the research on the background and current situation of nuclear medicine in modern general hospitals at home and abroad,the research content and significance are clarified,and the research methods and framework are listed;The second chapter describes the related concepts,development process,main equipment,main business,inspection process,department setting conditions and equipment configuration conditions of nuclear medicine department,which also lays a good foundation for the future architectural space design research;In the third chapter,the modern general hospitals in Xi’an are investigated,and the hospitals that meet the research object of this paper are selected.A single corridor hospital,a double corridor hospital and a multi corridor hospital are selected for detailed case analysis,respectively from the Department overview,functional zoning,room composition,streamline analysis and humanized design,The development status and existing problems of the Department of nuclear medicine in modern general hospitals in Xi’an were summarized;The fourth chapter solves the above problems by searching for relevant information and architectural design theory knowledge,and expounds the site selection,scale requirements,layout mode of nuclear medicine discipline,as well as the architectural design points of functional room composition,streamline design,streamline organization mode and humanized design of architectural space design,A set of design methods and rules of exclusive medical space for nuclear medicine specialty in modern general hospital were summarized;The fifth chapter mainly introduces the special design points of radiation protection,air conditioning and ventilation,drainage and equipment power supply and distribution in the nuclear medicine discipline of modern general hospital,as well as the image and requirements of these special other professional designs for building space.Finally,the main research results of this paper are obtained,the development trend of nuclear medicine in Xi’an area is summarized,and optimization strategies are put forward.Combined with the development of modern new technology,the future development of nuclear medicine is prospected,which can provide reference and basis for the construction of nuclear medicine discipline in post-modern comprehensive medical college.
