| Under the background of vigorously developing economy and promoting urbanization,the construction industry will inevitably develop rapidly.Meanwhile,the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce.According to statistics,the profit margin of output value in the past decade is only about 3.5%.How to create benefits for enterprises in actual projects is the core task of every project cost manager.Starting from the literature research,this paper collects and consults a large number of domestic and foreign materials related to BIM(building information modeling),EPC(Engineering,procurement,construction)and cost management,analyzes the main problems in the field of cost management in China,studies and puts forward the application of BIM Technical solutions,through the innovative "EPC +BIM" management mode,improve the decision-making efficiency of the EPC project team.Using the quantitative analysis method and relying on the actual cases,the practical application process of solving the cost management problems of EPC project based on BIM Technology is given.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The bidding decision-making stage of EPC project is different from the traditional mode.With BIM Technology,the external conditions of the project can be fully considered,and the relevant information of the proposed project can be visualized;at the same time,through previous accumulation,Reference the design,consulting,construction,management and other costs of similar projects to provide data support for bidding decision-making;through the innovative "EPC + BIM" management mode,improve the decision-making efficiency of EPC project team,increase the rationality and scientificity of bidding quotation,and reduce the risk of EPC project cost management in the early stage.(2)The design stage under EPC mode has the characteristics of wide design content,many influencing factors and great technical difficulty.Therefore,the design stage has become the key link to control the project cost.Through case analysis,it can be seen that the total amount of steel bars is 3406 tons,the absolute error ofengineering quantity is 2.8 tons,and the relative error is 0.08%.The accuracy can hardly be achieved in the manual calculation mode.Using BIM model to calculate the project cost,the speed is also much higher than the manual model.At the same time,based on BIM model,collaborative design can be carried out,technology and economy can be analyzed as a whole,the total investment of the project can be controlled from the source,and the effect of project cost management in the design stage can be improved.(3)during the construction phase of the first mock exam project,BIM technology should be applied to cost management.The advantage of EPC management should be brought into play.The model should be established and used by all stages.The project information is kept in the same model,and the data will be added and updated according to the progress of the project,so that the cost information can be fully,uniquely and timeliness,and can be maximally implemented.EPC BIM application value,improve the reusability of project cost information,so as to achieve effective cost management.Taking the case project as an example,BIM model is applied to control the quantities of subcontracted units.From the measurement of the first phase progress payment in the construction stage,the quantities of construction drawings derived from BIM model are used to control the quantities of subcontracted construction drawings.The accumulated quantities derived from BIM model are the settlement quantities of subcontracts,which can well control the cost of subcontracted units and improve the efficiency of cost management.It can be concluded that BIM Technology can solve some problems of traditional cost management,improve the level of EPC project cost management,improve the benefits of EPC project general contractor,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. |
