| With the rapid development of the times and information technology,conventional construction industry faces increasing market competition.Most constructional companies will be eliminated if they resume the coarse management mode and project and delay simplifying the bureaucratic organizational structure.In order to improve the core competence of constructional companies,strengthening the cost management ability and proactively integrating information technology to improve the cost management efficiency is necessary.The emerging of BIM technique provides an insight to the revolution of cost management mode of the constructional project,promoting the informatization of construction industry of our country.Therefore,the combination of cost management and IBM technique is urgent.This study focused on the cost management of construction project.By comparing conventional cost management and its counterpart based on BIM technique,the existing problems and practical needs of conventional cost management were found.To tackle the problems,cost management system based on BIM5D was constructed combined with the traits of BIM technique.We first carried out functional need analysis of the cost management system,and then hierarchically decomposed the BIM5D platform and divided the sub-process.Finally,we verified the feasibility of the system,combined with practical engineering projects.In the meantime,this study also introduced the applications and traits of both the domestic and abroad mainstream cost management software.The functional deficiencies of domestic cost management software based on BIM technique were analyzed and strategy to overcome these deficiencies was provided.The study is expected to make the findings applied to the practical productions of construction companies.It aims to facilitate high efficiency of engineering project cost management,more economic benefits for companies,improvement of core competence,and informatization of construction industry. |
