Research On Anhui Province Project Cost Management Based On BIM Technology

Construction industry and real estate have always been the pillar industries of China's national economy and are vital to the stable development of the national economy.In recent years,due to the impact of the macro economy,the growth rate of the construction industry has declined and gradually entered the “new normal”.The adjustment of structure,change of energy,and steady development have become the strongest sounds of industry development.Many industry celebrities have also called for construction.Industry reforms.The emergence of BIM technology,which represents the front end of the industry,has given the construction industry a new direction of reform.The construction project is a systematic project with long construction period,numerous participants,many construction links,large amount of information,and inability to strictly control.The management under traditional mode management is extremely difficult.For the project cost management link,the emergence of CAD and the rise of engineering cost software have caused the cost personnel to get rid of the complicated constraints of manual calculation and pricing,but the existing cost software can not realize the information connection between the various links in the whole process engineering cost management.BIM technology provides the possibility of information transmission between departments: it integrates all the information in the construction project into the BIM model,and each participant shares and transmits the information data through the same BIM model,and can also use this BIM.The information in the model controls the construction investment of the project to save costs and improve efficiency.In the new era,new productivity is needed.The emergence and development of BIM technology is to meet the current development dilemma of the construction industry and provide a new engine for the transformation and development of the construction industry.The main contents of this paper are divided into the following aspects: by reading a large number of documents,summarizing the research status of BIM technology application and engineering cost management at home and abroad,based on the research of experts and scholars at home and abroad,it puts forward the outstanding existing problems in the field of engineering cost in China.With the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology,the method of solving the problems of each stage of engineering construction project with BIM technology as the core is proposed.Two systems in the theory of synergy are constantly changing,and gradually infiltrate and interact with each other under the influence of parameters.The principle of finally integrating into a new and more vital system is applied to the construction project cost management,and gradually realizes the great transformation of the construction industry relying on BIM technology;the Fengyang County Gymnasium and Jianke Testing in Anhui Province The building project is an engineering example,which elaborates the practical application and significant advantages of BIM technology in cost control,project planning,quality control,communication and coordination,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the shortcomings in practical application.This paper aims to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion and application of BIM technology and the innovation of engineering cost management methods.
