The construction industry belongs to the technology intensive and capital intensive industries.Most of the construction enterprises in China have the characteristics of high responsibility rate,which brings great pressure to the operation of construction enterprises.Therefore,in the new project development,how to reduce project cost,higher quality and lower price to complete the project development has become the primary task of the current construction enterprises.For this reason,this article carries on the research with this topic,and takes the project item as an example,carries on the investigation to its project cost management present situation,and proposes the corresponding suggestion and the measure according to the cost management related theory.First of all,this paper analyzes the cost of construction project,divides the cost of construction project into six big parts,namely land cost,project prophase analysis,construction and engineering cost,outdoor and ancillary expenses,period cost and unforeseen cost.Secondly,combined with specific cases,the application of BIM5 D software is introduced into the cost control of construction projects.The establishment of 3D model in BIM software,the relationship between cost budget and contract documents are discussed.Then,the specific steps and methods of BIM software for cost management are studied.The principle of earned value method is expounded,and the response strategy of abnormal indexes and parameters is studied.It is as follows: 1)under the premise of doing research work at the stage of prediction and analysis,draw detailed flow chart of feasibility study,and compile project resource plan.2)in the real-time monitoring and management,the cost of the project is analyzed by comparing the progress capital current value curve,the capital schedule-the actual planning curve.3)combined with the planning and design of the project implementation,in the specific process using WBS on project work decomposition,and using the earned value method of project cost accounting,one can effectively control the cost,on the other hand can track the project schedule,ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Finally,the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results of the current situation.Include: do a good job of research work under the premise of drawing a detailed feasibility study flow chart,the preparation of project resources plan,improve the competitiveness of bidding units,the preparation of procurement plans and strict implementation of the contract content and the earned value method for the project cost accounting.At the end of the paper,the research results of the full text are summarized in detail,and the deficiencies in the study and the next research plan are introduced.
