Study On The Project Cost Management Of A Resettlement Housing In Wenzhou

With the continuous improvement of China's economy,all kinds of industries have begun to enter the development process of modern enterprises.At the same time,its internal management system has been innovated and deepened.Especially the market competition pressure of real estate enterprises is increasing.How to regulate and control the related project cost effectively by real estate enterprise in this background of economic.In order to maintain a strong market competitiveness,enterprise managers must consider and solve this problem.This paper takes the project of A resettlement housing in WenZhou as a research case.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance,the overseas and domestic research status,the research methods and technical routes of this study.The definition and characteristics of the project of resettlement housing are expounded.The real estate enterprise of B is briefly introduced,and the project of A resettlement housing in WenZhou and the content of the project cost management is given in the second part.After that,it analyzes the influencing factors of project cost management in the construction stage.On this basis,the project cost management of A resettlement housing in WenZhou is discussed.In the third part,the project cost management of A resettlement housing in WenZhou is analyzed by the earned value method,and the project cost management is discussed briefly in each stage.Then,it discusses the project cost management by the earned value method.At last,it makes a detailed discussion about the project cost management of A resettlement housing in WenZhou.It is hoped that this paper will analyze the project cost management of A resettlement housing in WenZhou and propose effective cost management methods and countermeasures.And it can be applied to the future practice of other construction enterprises,and provide some experience for improving their level of cost management.
