With the continuous development of computer technology and Internet technology,BIM technology has also been widely used in the design,construction,operation and maintenance of bridge engineering in China in recent years,which reflects the great significance of bridge design based on BIM technology in the process of the whole life cycle management of a bridge engineering.The research in this article takes the Xiangshan Bridge as the engineering background.1)This paper proposes the parametric design process of the bridge reinforcement model based on Revit modeling software,analyzes the research status of BIM technology at home and abroad,and summarizes the research and application of BIM technology in the domestic bridge engineering field,including applications in bridge parametric modeling,construction dynamic management,bridge health monitoring,etc.;2)combined with the characteristics of Xiangshan Bridge,the paper carries out the parametric design of the box girder,pile foundation,bearing platform,pier and other components of Xiangshan bridge,expands the family library of bridge components,and also provides the parametric basis for the parametric design of the bridge reinforcement model;3)the paper proposes parametric design process of bridge reinforcement model based on Revit modeling software,and through the secondary development of Revit software,we can extract the parametric information of bridge components and automatically calculate the cross-section profile of components.We make classification design according to the characteristics of different parts of the reinforcement,and develop the working interface with WinForm(window application program).Finally,the parameterized design function of the reinforcement mold can be realized by inputting the parameters including type,size information,thickness of protective layer,number and spacing of steel bars,etc.,and then we complete the construction of steel bar model of Xiangshan Bridge;4)this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the detailed list and the problems of the reinforcement drawing in Revit software,and through the secondary development of Revit software,the statistical function of the reinforcement engineering quantity can be realized,then we can export the excel table and the automatic drawing of the reinforcement construction drawing of the box girder section can be also realized;5)we use NavisWorks Manage software to analyze the collision detection of the complex node reinforcement of the bridge,and export the detection report as the basis for the designer in the optimal design of the bridge.Finally,the paper explains the significance of the research and development of finite element interface and IFC data standard extension of BIM technologyin bridge design.I hope this can bring some scientific research ideas to my colleagues.
