| In recent years,BIM Technology has been rapidly applied and developed in the field of bridge engineering,but in the process of gradual application,new problems also arise.Because of the lack of appropriate means and software tools,as well as the complicated modeling process,the variety of steel bars,and the complex model,the in-depth application of BIM Technology in bridge engineering is limited.Therefore,in order to improve the modeling efficiency of reinforcement,this paper proposes a method of rapid modeling of full bridge reinforcement.By summarizing the shape and layout rules of reinforcement,it concludes a set of process that can quickly build reinforcement model,including reinforcement positioning technology,reinforcement shape parameters,reinforcement list export and reinforcement collision,These functions will be developed into a complete plug-in to facilitate rapid application.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the research status of BIM reinforcement modeling technology at home and abroad and the reinforcement modeling status of bridge engineering.(2)According to the distribution law and shape characteristics of steel bars in the bridge model,the basic parameters of the bridge steel bar model are determined,which makes the method of creating steel bar model universal,and creates part of parametric steel bar family library.(3)According to the distribution characteristics and structural requirements of the steel bars in the bridge section,the coordinates of the center point of the section are obtained,and the offset of the steel bar positioning point is calculated according to the position parameters of the steel bar and the bridge section.The position coordinates of each steel bar are obtained by using C # programming language.(4)This paper studies the creation of the bridge reinforcement model,which is based on the reinforcement positioning points to form the model line to generate reinforcement,or through the positioning points to place the reinforcement family.Two methods to create the reinforcement model are obtained,and the bridge reinforcement positioning technology and reinforcement parameters are integrated into a set of plug-ins by using the secondary development technology of Revit,Users can input reinforcement parameters to realize the parameterization function of the whole bridge reinforcement and complete the construction of the bridge reinforcement model.(5)Through an engineering example,the feasibility of the bridge reinforcement modeling method is verified;This paper analyzes the deficiency of the detailed list in the software of Revit,realizes the statistical function of steel engineering consumption through the development technology,and exports the excel table;Using Navis Works software,the collision detection analysis of bridge reinforcement is carried out,and the detection report is exported to facilitate optimization. |
