Since the introduction of BIM technology into China,many scholars have conducted extensive research on it.In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the application of BIM technology and introduced relevant policies.The application of BIM technology in China's construction field has made great progress,and many BIM projects have been already launched.The application of BIM technology is based on the information model.The construction information of different projects is used as the big data foundation to construct the informationalized BIM model.The computer simulation technology is used to simulate the actual construction process of the project.The information generated during the entire life cycle of the operation is stored in the BIM information model.The bridge engineering is an important branch of the construction industry.To achieve the development goals of industrialization,informatization and intelligence,bridge engineering must firmly grasp the opportunity of the transformation of the construction industry brought by BIM technology.Bridge BIM information model is the key to fully apply BIM technology to the bridge field.To this end,this paper focuses on the following aspects of research on the construction method of bridge BIM information model:(1)Based on the introduction and summary of BIM technology basic theory and BIM software,the author chooses Autodesk's Revit core modeling software as the modeling software of this research,and summarize the basic flow of Revit software bridge modeling;The characteristics of bridge engineering and BIM technology,analyze the application of BIM technology in the field of bridge engineering and the innovation brought by BIM technology,and construct the application framework of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of bridge engineering field;(2)The bridge members are classified according to their characteristics.Then,based on the Revit core modeling software,select the appropriate family model,and carry out parametric modeling research on the bridge members and use external software data to quickly generate family instances.Using the interaction between Autodesk's Civil3 D software and Revit software,the bridge terrain digital models can be generated;(3)Summarize the APIs that meet the rules of secondary development of bridge engineering,and carry out secondary development research on Revit software based on Revit secondary development process;develop Revit bridge module through external application of Revit API and implement tooling for bridge modeling and related applications through external commands of Revit API;(4)Through the creation of BIM information model of bridge engineering example,the feasibility of the modeling method is verified.Through the subsequent engineering application of BIM model,it is verified that the accuracy of BIM model and the breadth of information integration fully meet the application requirements of the project.
