Industrial heritage is an important part of cultural heritage and a witness of China's industrial society.It records the development trajectory of industrial history and carries the long history of industrial civilization.However,the rapid development of the urbanization process has destroyed a lot of valuable industrial heritage and disappeared in people's eyes.As the importance of industrial heritage continues to emerge,people gradually turn their attention to the issue of industrial heritage landscape renewal and protection.Throughout our country's related research results in the field of industrial heritage landscape,we are more inclined to choose the traditional research model of qualitative description,lack of multi-disciplinary,multi-angle,multi-directional quantitative system research,industrial heritage landscape research from the perspective of landscape visual evaluation It is rare.First of all,this paper sorts out and analyzes the research results in the fields related to industrial heritage landscape and landscape visual evaluation,and divides the components of the industrial heritage landscape visual environment into object components and subject components.The material value,cultural value and emotion The three dimensions of value as the value orientation of the visual evaluation of industrial heritage landscapes,combined with the recommendations of experts in related fields,determine the 28 evaluation project factors that affect the visual evaluation of industrial heritage landscapes,and build a visual evaluation system of industrial heritage landscapes.Secondly,combining the semantic differential and factor analysis to start the application research of industrial heritage landscape visual evaluation examples.Four industrial heritages with different types of transformation and reuse were selected as the objects of landscape visual evaluation.The basic data was obtained by issuing SD questionnaires.The public factors were extracted by factor analysis using SPSS 24.0 statistical software and named.Evaluate the effectiveness of project factors.At the same time,combined with the weight of each common factor to calculate the comprehensive score of the sample factor and the correction of the percentage system,it is sorted according to the grades of the merits to compare and analyze the evaluation results.Finally,on the basis of the application research of industrial heritage landscape visual evaluation examples,put forward appropriate landscape optimization design principles,optimization design priorities and optimization design strategies.Combining theory and practice,and taking Qinhuangdao Port of West Garden in Hebei Province as an example to carry out landscape optimization design practice,it can provide reference for optimal design basis for the future renewal,construction and transformation of other industrial heritage landscapes.
