The Industrial Heritage Landscape Design Of The Huaxin Cement Factory Site

With the rapid development of society and the adjustment of industrial structure,many factories have moved to the suburbs.A large number of old industrial factories with historical and cultural heritage are facing different situations of idleness,demolition or reconstruction,which not only affects the development of the historical context of the city,but also increases the consumption of energy,destroys the ecological balance and easily causes environmental pollution.Some of them are industrial heritage,which is a part of urban cultural heritage.Reasonable management and utilization of them is an effective means to protect and inherit contemporary industrial history,and has a positive significance for the realization of sustainable urban development.Guided by the theory of Landscape Urbanism and taking the old site of Huaxin Cement Plant as a case study,this paper carries out the applied research on landscape design of industrial heritage.Firstly,the paper describes the significance and purpose of Industrial Heritage Reuse and the current research situation at home and abroad,combs the related concepts and design principles of industrial heritage and landscape urbanism,and lays a certain theoretical foundation for the application of landscape design in industrial heritage reconstruction.Secondly,through researching the reuse mode,development type and the current situation and shortcomings of domestic industrial heritage reuse and transformation,this paper summarizes the design strategy of Landscape Urbanism in industrial heritage transformation,and applies the concept of landscape urbanism to industrial heritage transformation,so that industrial heritage will be renewed on the basis of continuing its unique historical connotation.Finally,taking the old site of Huaxin Cement Plant as an example,this paper makes a research and Analysis on its base and surrounding environment,history and culture,puts forward the design strategy of the old site landscape design of Huaxin Cement Plant based on the concept of landscape urbanism,explores a more reasonable transformation design scheme suitable for the needs of industrial heritage landscape,and makes the old abandoned through scientific and reasonable design expression methods.The factory area is glowing with new vigor to meet the needs of thecontemporary society.Through the theoretical study of industrial heritage and landscape urbanism,the paper concludes that the transformation and renewal of industrial heritage benefit from the guidance of Landscape Urbanism theory.Through investigation and analysis,the existing problems of Industrial Relics at the old site of Huaxin Cement Plant are summarized,and the transformation strategies are discussed.By combining with the theory of landscape urbanism,the landscape style of industrial heritage is fully respected,and the original site and the new design style are coordinated.Strengthen the ecological environment restoration efforts,combined with the planting of native plants,in the process of ecological restoration into the landscape design.Attention should be paid to the important role of public participation,and public participation should be encouraged so as to make the venue a gathering place for citizens ideal life.To achieve common development of economic,social and human benefits.
