Research On Landscape Optimization Design Of Waterfront Old Industrial District Based On ASEB Analysis Method

Industrial heritage has witnessed the development of urban industrial civilization and has now become an important part of human cultural heritage.However,with the continuous adjustment of the urban industrial structure and the relatively weak awareness of industrial heritage protection,many industrial heritages have been destroyed or even perished.For this reason,the country has successively issued a series of guiding opinions,which clearly put forward the need to strengthen the protection and reuse of my country’s industrial heritage.As a unique type of industrial heritage,the old industrial area on the waterfront has good location advantages and broad development prospects.The long-term abandonment has caused the internal environment of the site to be difficult to adapt to the development needs of the city.The revitalization plan of the old industrial area on the waterfront has begun to be put on the agenda.Based on the ASEB analysis method,this paper takes the experience of the crowd as the starting point of the research,and elaborates the methods and strategies of landscape optimization design for the old industrial area on the waterfront from the four aspects of landscape activities,landscape environment,landscape experience and landscape benefits.The article first analyzes the protection and development trend of the old waterfront industrial area at home and abroad,and explores the elements,characteristics and value of the landscape site of the old waterfront industrial area.Secondly,combining ASEB analysis method and factor analysis method to carry out the application research on the landscape optimization of the old waterfront industrial area.The basic research data is obtained by issuing questionnaires,and the data statistics software is used to perform factor analysis on relevant data and extract common factors,and at the same time name them.The IPA analysis method is used to visually analyze the basic data,summarize the importance of different common factors and their degree of performance,so as to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources in the landscape optimization design.Finally,based on the case study of landscape optimization in the old waterfront industrial area based on the ASEB analysis method,a suitable design strategy for the landscape optimization of the old waterfront industrial area is proposed.Combining theory with practice,the landscape optimization design practice is carried out with the Xigang Garden in Qinhuangdao as an example,and it provides a reference for the optimization and design of the landscape transformation and renewal of other similar types of waterfront industrial areas.
