Evaluation Of Landscape Design Of Industrial Heritage Transformation Of Kailuan

With the transformation of industrial sector,old factories in the urban environment have become an important part of regeneration.Academic attention has been paid on the industrial heritage protection.Although the research on landscape design is becoming increasingly complete,it mainly focuses on the landscape reconstruction.There is still a lack of evaluation of the regeneration landscape design performance.Kailuan business organization is a large group with long history,which originates from the coal and extends to cement,power and other industries.It also drives the rise of Tangshan and Qinhuangdao.The existing achievements pay attention to the regeneration landscape of industrial heritage projects or use boundary division.Different from that,the industrial heritage regeneration projects of Kailuan enterprises are considered as starting points.The coal industry is the axis to extend outwards,which creates a new research horizon in this field.Firstly,the formation,regeneration status and landscape effect of Kailuan industrial heritage regeneration projects were sorted out.Then,based on the field work and the landscape design situation,four subgoals and twenty-three evaluation factors were selected according to the evaluation elements of landscape design.A evaluation index system was established to scientifically evaluate the landscape design of Kailuan heritage regeneration projects.By using index evaluation and other methods,a combination of qualitative and quantitative was carried out based on the questionnaire data.The advantages and weaknesses of the seven Kailuan industrial heritage regeneration projects located in Tangshan and Qinhuangdao were summarized.During landscape evaluation,specific reasons were analyzed to provide rectification for landscape design optimization.Finally,for the future landscape design of Kailuan industrial heritage regeneration projects,implementation strategies including the linkage of spots and the excavation of culture were proposed.Figure 49;Table 6;Reference 66...
