In recent years,China's automobile industry has gradually developed towards intelligence,the proportion of automobile electronic products in the whole vehicle has gradually increased,and the functions of Electronic Control Unit(ECU)are increasing-ly diversified and intelligent.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of automobile ECU,it is necessary to carry out a detailed functional test on each electronic control module of automobile.Facing a wide range of automotive electronic modules with increasingly complex functions and faster iterative updating speed,the traditional way of testing and developing a special detecting system for a specific ECU has been difficult to meet the development of automotive electronics.The existing test system is less universal,lack of intelligence,difficult to develop,long cycle,unable to platform and other problems are more and more prominent.How to test automobile electronic products accurately and efficiently is a crucial issue to be solved.According to the above background,the paper takes the vehicle electronic control unit as the research object,bases on the principle of flexible testing,the intelligent and universal testing platform of ECU is researched and developed,so as to effectively solve the problems such as the test system can not be platform-oriented,the hardware compatibility is poor,low level of intelligence and long development cycle.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:1)Through the research of automobile electronic control unit,starting from the circuit structure,functions and testing demands,the requirements of ECU detecting platform are analyzed,and the overall designing scheme of the system is determined based on the principle of flexible testing.2)Research and propose relay matrix switching topology solution,adopt ARM+FPGA architecture,develop relay matrix card,relay matrix card expansion card,the hardware circuit is designed,the control and communication program of thelower computer is compiled.Through the instrument matrix and measurement matrix,any connection between the pin of the ECU to be tested and the measurement instrument can be realized,so as to solve the compatibility problem of the system tested products and improve the utilization rate of hardware instruments.3)This thesis analyzes the realization process of each functional module of the ECU test system,selects the hardware instrument and the communication modules of the system,and compiles the driving programs and modular functions of the hardware instrument,communication module and relay matrix card by using the LabVIEW development environment.Based on the NI TestStand platform,developer can coordinate and call the system hardware modular function,complete the development of products automatic test programs,reduce the difficulty of testing system designing and the cycle of research and development.4)The human-computer interface,system management program,test configuration management program and test report generation program are designed and developed based on flexible testing principle,enable software to respond to changes in testing requirements quickly,thus avoiding the repetitive jobs in the development of automatic test system.When the system is used later,users only need to call the system modular function for the tested ECU to develop the product test sequences.It can further accelerate the efficiency of the test system software development.5)The basic idea of white box test method,black box test method and the procedures of designing testing cases are clarified.Design testing cases and develop testing sequences for ATSCU and HAD controller of vehicles.The functions testing of AD acquisition,power supply,impedance and CAN bus communication are completed,generate and record the testing report,verify the engineering practicability of the test system and the coordination and reliability of platform functions.The experimental testing result demonstrates that the intelligent and general test platform that this thesis has developed can greatly save the time to develop test sequences for different tested products and effectively reduce the difficulty of building automatic test programs;the platform can be compatible with multiple electronic control unit products,and multiple ECUs can be measured in parallelsimultaneously,it can significantly enhances the testing efficiency and greatly improv-es the utilization of hardware resources.
