Reaearch On Automatic Testing System Of Automobile Electronic Control Unit Based On VT System

At present,the degree of car electronics is regarded as standards of measureing modern car,In order to improve the electronic level of the car,Electronic control unit suppliers and car manufacturers take the measure of increasing the number of automotive electronic control and improving the degree of intelligent control unit.This method effectively enhances the car's sense of science and technology,fashion and comfort,But at the same timet this will make the vehicle system more complex,which will bring a severe testto to the electronic control unit development and testing.How can test electronic control unit simplely and efficiently has become a problem that all car manufacturers want to solve.This topic addresses the above issues,The electronic control unit is used as the research object,and the automated test system is studied based on VT System.The main contents and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Through the study of the electronic control unit,the structure,function and specific testing requirements of the electronic control unit,the whole automatic test system scheme is studied and developed.2.In order to meet the requirements of the simulation environment of the electronic control unit,the automated test system develop the test cabinet,the bench and the test configuration box based on the hardware scheme put forward earlier.3.The software system uses the multi-system fusion way to realize the automated testing process.LabVIEW is used to build a friendly test management system,CANoe completes the test case system design,and through the data interaction model the software achieves seamless integration between the two systems.4.Finally,the verification of the test system shows that the automated test system can complete the functions of the electronic control unit and network testing accurately and quickly.
