With the wide application of flexible manufacturing technology in the production line,the test system of the production line should also have the requirements of flexibility.At present,the production line testing equipment is a special testing equipment,which can only continue to stack or redevelop when the production task changes,which leads to the volume of the production line testing system is bloated and the flexibility is poor.The development of a flexible testing system for a certain product line has great engineering application value.In this paper,a set of flexible testing system for production line is designed.A flexible testing system with applicability,flexibility and expansibility is built by combining networked modular testing equipment and distributed system software.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the testing system,the overall design scheme of the system is proposed,determine the system composition,the testing equipment composed of network with H-JTP software platform.The structure and internal composition of the testing equipment are designed;The architecture of the system software and the composition of the software in each test node are designed.The design of testing equipment is completed,including an integrated keyboard display,power distribution board,embedded computer,integrated instrument resource module,and resource allocation board.An integrated instrument resource module with high integration of instrument resources and wide testing range is designed,and the architecture using the combination of DSP and FPGA is adopted.Control of functional units and information interaction with embedded computers are handled by DSP,and the logic control of function circuit is achieved by FPGA.With extended function interface,the volume of the device is reduced and the expandability of the device is improved.A direct-plug resource allocation board is designed instead of interface wiring,which reduces the internal complexity of the device and facilitates partial resource expansion.A power distribution board with 220 V AC power supply is designed to improve the applicability of the equipment.High performance embedded computer is selected to realize intelligent control of equipment.A flexible testing system software based on H-JTP platform software is developed.The software architecture is designed,the object model for message transmission between module components is designed,and the integrated instrument resource module component is developed.Finally,using the existing p latform software,such as console components,data source components,the system software scheme is constructed.Some functional units of the integrated instrument resource module are verified,and the results meet the functional requirements.Using virtu al equipment to build a flexible testing system.The scheme of the testing system is validated,and the results of the operation system show that the system design is correct and can meet the requirements of the production line for the flexible testing sys tem.
