With the rapid development of photoelectric technology, photoelectric radar has become an important core of the planning and building strategic in aviation industry for all the countries. Photoelectric radar using optical, mechanical, electrical organizations as its sensing element, taking advantage of servo control unit it completes electromechanical control and stable operation of the sensor components, it is a prerequisite for the target of capture, tracking and targeting on aircraft. Thus, it is of great significance to provide a comprehensive, automated and easy testing platform for Servo control unit.To detect platform development as the goal, this article is based on multi-body system dynamics theory and related theory, single closed-loop dc speed control system by using ADAMS and MATLAB simulation of servo control unit load for dynamic analysis and control, and primarily using virtual instrument technology development test platform of software system is designed.Detection platform with mechanical flywheel simulation load as load simulator, set data acquisition, data processing and analysis, information display functions in an organic whole, can better meet the servo control in the process of using components factory and testing requirements.This paper studies mainly the following aspects:(1) For specific testing requirements, detailed analysis of the servo control unit external interface, the servo control unit detects a core part of the platform is divided into two simulated load and software systems, raised the overall structural design of mechanical flywheel simulated load programs and follow-up control unit detects design. Based on the design, carried out the structural design of flywheel load and gives hardware and software system implementation.(2) According to the design parameters of the pitch flywheel load, 3D model was established by Pro/e and simulation analysis by ADAMS. For the movement of DC motor control model based on equilibrium equations and establish a clear division of ADAMS and MATLAB modeling. Based Stable Boundary PID control parameter tuning, combined characteristics with ADAMS and MATLAB, proposed combination of the two analog load azimuth, tilt mechanism design simulation program, and built based on ADAMS and MATLAB co-simulation platform.(3) In accordance with the motion control component testing program architecture, development and design based on graphical programming software testing platform software system LabVIEW2012 achieve a system self-test, control signal detection, working status detection and data management functions.
