As time goes,the electronic level of the engine is getting higher and higher,making the test of the electronically controlled engine more and more difficult,and the technical requirements for the testing equipment of the electronically controlled engine are also getting higher and higher.Therefore,the development of engine electronic control system testing platform is very important.With the rapid development of integrated chips,a new method is provided for the testing platform controller to make the controller work more stably and the controller design more efficient and convenient.In this paper,the testing platform controller is taken as the research object.A testing platform for detecting and diagnosing engine electronic control system components was designed.The testing platform can collect the sensor signal of the electronic control system of the engine and control the actuator after it is processed by the controller of the testing platform and display the data in the monitoring software in the form of data flow or waveform.The main content of this paper is:1.According to the function and target of the testing platform,the testing platform is divided into various subsystems,including the controller,speed simulation generation system,fuel injection system,test system,monitoring software.2.Using modular design method for the testing platform dedicated controller hardware circuit design,including analog signal processing module,switch signal processing module,digital signal processing module,actuator driver module,power module and communication module.The circuit design of each module is analyzed.3.Using modular design method for the software of the testing platform dedicated controller,including analog signal processing,switch signal processing,digital signalprocessing,fuel injection drive and ignition drive,CAN drive and CCP drive.4.Visual Studio 2015 software was used to design the monitoring software(Virtual Instrument)of the testing platform,including the interface design,and the functions of CAN communication,CCP command encapsulation and sending,CAN message data analysis and engine parameter display based on CCP protocol.5.The testing platform has been tested and verified,including the hardware testing and software testing of testing platform to verify that the platform is working properly.
