Exploration And Practice Of Traditional Village Development Potential Assessment In Guangfo Area

Chinese traditional villages are the largest cultural heritage in the world.They are numerous,widely distributed,and rich in cultural types,and have deep cultural connotations.Protecting traditional villages,inheriting historical culture and promoting sustainable development are not only the international academic frontiers and hot issues for the protection of cultural heritage,but also a major strategic need to inherit historical context and enhance self-confidence in national culture.What’s more,it’s also the main economic battlefield for rural rejuvenation,poverty alleviation,and improvement of people’s livelihood.In order to better promote the revitalization and development of traditional villages,and to find a sustainable development path suitable for different traditional villages,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the development potential of traditional villages in order to summarize suitable development models for traditional villages "Self-rescue" provides scientific and effective solutions.The article first reviews the research on domestic and foreign traditional villages and the research on the rural development assessment system,then summarizes the results obtained.Although there are relatively many researches on the evaluation system of traditional villages,the evaluation fields are gradually refined,the methods are more diversified,and the evaluation system is more operable,but there is a lack of research on the comprehensive judgment of the traditional village’s own potential from the development perspective.The authoritative literature on the evaluation of the development potential of ordinary villages is selected to summarize and assist the construction of a traditional village development potential evaluation system.This article builds a traditional village development potential evaluation system,including the construction of a development potential evaluation system,the establishment of three-level evaluation factor weights and the determination of overall evaluation standards,then establishes a scientific correspondence between the evaluation of development potential and optional development models.The whole set of methods and steps are applicable to Chinese traditional villages in theory.Taking the construction of a comprehensive,scientific,and reasonable traditional village development potential assessment system as the research goal,using big data analysis of relevant literature in the entire subject area,text title etymology mining techniques as the means,from the perspective of the traditional village development potential,with reference to the country’s current "Traditional Village Evaluation and Identification Index System(Trial)" index and related literature research,based on the team’s existing research,a three level traditional village development potential assessment factor was constructed.By calculating the sum of the proportion of the etymology associated with each evaluation factor in the effective keyword thesaurus of big data mining,the factor weights at all levels are obtained,combining quantitative and qualitative,and focusing on the availability and comprehensiveness of the data,this method reduces the impact of factors such as small sample size on weighting results.In the construction of traditional village development potential evaluation system and standards,on the basis of considering the development of traditional villages in the Guangfo area is relatively complex,has great significance to research and development space,so the selection of the Guangfo area of 14 representative traditional village has carried on the thorough empirical study,and to evaluate comprehensive development potential of the sample villages.Analyze and summarize the characteristics and development problems of each sample of traditional villages according to the evaluation results,and combine the status and development of the traditional villages to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive development potential as well as the advantages and potentials,and build corresponding developments for different types of villages.The model and related strategies guide the characteristic sustainable development of traditional villages.Finally,the traditional development status evaluation system constructed is applied to the actual planning of Hewu Village,a traditional village in Guangfo area.According to the evaluation system,the development potential score of the actual project of the traditional village is calculated.Board,and select the corresponding development mode and strategy under its own development conditions to provide important reference and research support for the revitalization planning of the traditional village.
