Study On The Collaborative Development Potential Evaluation Of Traditional Village Cultural Landscape Protection And Tourism Development In Jiangning District,Nanjing

China’s vast territory and profound cultural heritage have formed a large number of traditional villages with regional characteristics over the centuries,which have given birth to a rich number of traditional village cultural landscapes with high value.The cultural landscape carries and reflects the social,economic,political and cultural connotations of different historical periods,and is full of the wisdom of human civilization development.In recent years,the rise of rural tourism has triggered a boom in the development of traditional village tourism,but at the same time has also brought threats to the protection of traditional villages.Due to the lack of conservation awareness and profit-driven reasons,the inordinate tourism development has damaged the cultural landscape of many traditional villages,which are facing the plight of decline and even disappearance.How to adopt the appropriate way of tourism development on the basis of proper protection of traditional village cultural landscape and realize the sustainable and synergistic development of protection and development is a topic that needs to be studied urgently.In this context,this paper introduces the theory of synergistic development,takes the first batch of provincial traditional villages in Jiangning District of Nanjing as the research object,constructs the evaluation model of the synergistic development potential of both based on the in-depth study of the current situation of cultural landscape protection and tourism development of the research object,and conducts the research on the scientific measurement and solution strategy of the synergistic development potential of cultural landscape protection and tourism development of traditional villages in Jiangning District.The aim is to explore the influencing factors that restrict the conservation and development through scientific evaluation,and to propose good strategies for the synergistic development of cultural landscape conservation and tourism development,so as to provide reference for the conservation and development of other traditional villages of the same type.The article firstly studied the background related to the protection of traditional village cultural landscape and rural tourism development,determined the selected topic,and clarified the purpose and significance of the study.The progress and achievements of domestic and foreign research content related to traditional village cultural landscape protection,rural tourism development and synergistic development evaluation are synthesized.The three specific aspects of the basic situation of villages,the current situation of cultural landscape protection and the current situation of tourism development of the research object were sorted out.Then,with the help of expert survey method and hierarchical analysis method,the evaluation system of cultural landscape protection and tourism development potential of traditional villages in Jiangning District is completed and the object of study is evaluated comprehensively.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the differentiated development path of "analysis of significant features-extraction of core elements-guidance of synergistic development strategy" is proposed,and according to the significant features of the research objects,they are divided into According to the significant features of the research objects,we classify them into "architecture-based","characteristic culture-based" and "comprehensive development" traditional villages,and put forward targeted development strategies for different types of traditional villages.The study also proposes targeted and coordinated development strategies for different types of traditional villages.The main conclusions are: i.revealing the current situation of cultural landscape protection and tourism development of traditional villages in Jiangning District;ii.constructing an evaluation system for the potential synergistic development of cultural landscape protection and tourism development of traditional villages in Jiangning District;iii.creating a differentiated synergistic development path of cultural landscape protection and tourism development of traditional villages and proposing a targeted synergistic development strategy for each village.
