Research On The Design Of General Hospital Based On IFD Theory

Hospitals are places that benefit people through the application of leading technology.Each patient stands shoulder to shoulder with medically knowledgeable staffs here.To grasp the pulse of the future development trend of general hospital,we must fully consider how to deal with the complex context based on the interaction of people,information and technology.At the same time,environmental crisis,shortage of human resources and public health emergencies have also brought new challenges to the construction of general hospitals in the new era,which also put forward higher requirements for the design of general hospitals.At the same time,there are some problems in the construction of general hospitals in China,such as the shortage of average bed area,the lack of systematic design thinking,the limitation brought by frequent reconstruction and expansion,and the low emergency capacity.The purpose of this study is to study the design strategies and methods of general hospitals from the perspectives of I(industrialization),F(elasticity)and D(detachable design)on the basis of IFD theory,so as to promote the systematic construction and sustainable development of general hospitals in the future,which has high research value and practical significance.According to the logic of studying causes,analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the origin part of the research.The introduction chapter includes the background,content,purpose and significance of the research.According to the time line,the research status of IFD theory and general hospital design theory at home and abroad are sorted out,and the research methods and framework of this paper are explained.The second chapter is to analyze the problems.This chapter,by combining the research content and relevant case analysis,sorts out the development situation of general hospitals at home and abroad,and puts forward and analyzes the existing problems in the development and construction of general hospitals in China.In parallel with this,the relevant theoretical basis of IFD is elaborated,and on this basis,the technical characteristics and practical application of IFD theory are comprehensively interpreted.At the same time,according to the characteristics of IFD theory,the compatibility between IFD theory and the design of general hospital was discussed from the perspectives of I(industrial design),F(elastic design)and D(detachable design),and then the design principles and design methods of general hospital based on the IFD theory were proposed.In this paper,the third chapter,chapter four and chapter five parts to solve the problem,is the core content of this article,closely around the second chapter summarized the design principle and method,respectively,according to the I(industrial design),F(elastic design),D(detachable design)three aspects proposed the comprehensive hospital standardized module design,general hospital elastic design and specific strategy of comprehensive hospital integrated design.The third chapter selects the clinic room,operating room and ward as the typical space and puts forward the standardized design strategy of the clinic room module,operating room module and ward module through case analysis.The fourth chapter elaborates the flexible design of general hospital from the perspectives of planning layout and functional modules.The fifth chapter summarizes the construction technology characteristics of IFD theory and proposes the integrated design strategy of general hospital from four aspects: construction system,support structure selection,detachable building components and cavity of integrated equipment.Based on the above analysis and discussion,this paper is expected to provide some new ideas for the design research of sustainable development of general hospitals in China,and provide some new viewpoints for the combination of IFD theory and general hospital design,so as to provide some reference for the design practice of general hospitals in China.
