Study On Space Optimization Design Of Out-patient Department Of Secondary General Hospital In Xi’an Area

Secondary general hospitals,including County,district and municipal hospitals,undertake the important task of basic medical services,and are an important part of China’s medical and health undertakings.The outbreak of a novel coronavirus pneumonia in January 2020 triggered the lack of epidemic prevention and control measures in various general hospitals,which has a great impact on the construction of hospitals,especially the architectural design of the out-patient department,resulting in the importance of the fever clinic and the new crown pneumonia rehabilitation clinic in the two general hospitals.This paper takes the space of outpatient department of secondary general hospital as the research object,and studies its optimization design under the background of epidemic prevention and control.This article first discusses the outpatient department of a secondary general hospital from the two aspects of the national medical reform policy and the new crown pneumonia epidemic,and confirms that the design of the existing secondary general hospital outpatient department has a certain degree of influence in the era of rapid change and the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic.Hysteresis and has research value.Secondly,it discusses related factors that affect the space design of the outpatient department of a secondary general hospital,including macro-medical policies,hospital organizational structure,differences in the behavior patterns and needs of patients and medical staff,and the space design of the outpatient department of a secondary general hospital due to the new crown pneumonia epidemic.Impact.Then,conducted investigations and visits to many secondary general hospitals in Xi’an,and summarized the current characteristics of the outpatient departments of secondary general hospitals in Xi’an.The main problems are: the lack of a unified plan for the hospital ’ s pre-hospital square;the unreasonable design of the spatial organization model of the outpatient department;the placement of self-service machines affects the patient’s medical route;the simple design of the pre-inspection branch office is difficult to strictly control the outflow of people during the epidemic The one-time waiting model in the outpatient department is not conducive to epidemic prevention and control.Then three hospitals with typical status issues and relatively different types of outpatient department spaces,namely Xi’an Fengcheng Hospital,Yanliang District People ’ s Hospital and Shaanxi Forest Industry Hospital,were selected as the key research and analysis objects,from traffic organization,functional facilities and epidemic situation.Three aspects of prevention and control are summarized to summarize the current situation of the use of the outpatient department.Then combined with the construction examples in other regions in China,the optimized design of the outpatient department of the secondary general hospital was studied from the four aspects of traffic flow in the pre-hospital area,pre-inspection and triage,functional facilities,and fever clinic.The traffic flow lines in the pre-hospital area should correspond to the spatial form of the city.The hospital area should be designed flexibly,using the organization method that combines peace and epidemics,and formulate emergency plans during the epidemic,rationally plan the layout of the pre-inspection branch offices and guide the flow of people,and improve The one-stop service center of the outpatient department uses the second waiting mode to strengthen infection control in the outpatient department,and rationally plans the location of the fever clinic and the internal flow line organization.In this paper,various graphic languages are used to summarize and optimize the optimization of the space design of the out-patient department of the lower two level general hospitals in.The research results provide reference for the outpatient department space design of the two grade general hospital to prevent and control the disease,so as to solve the practical needs of outpatient departments in the space design.Hope to provide useful help for designers and users of hospital buildings.
