The Research Of Integrated Optimization Design Of General Hospital In The Expansion

The rapid development of hospital construction in our country since the1980s, and the general hospital extension project has become one of today’s urban construction’s leading roles in the country.In recent years, the city within the scope of several large comprehensive hospitals in expansion project of the team. Because near the hospital distance, the author in the daily life, learning can be seen in every inch of these hospital extension project change, feeling quite a lot about this. As a graduate student in architecture, the natural curiosity and keen insight let me thoughts of the research hospital expansion. So in the study of collecting a large number of relevant information, and determine the research topic.After data collection, reading, found that for a long time, the present situation of our hospital extension project is not ideal, there is a lot of problems, the key is has been a lack of reasonable guidance. So the author carried out the study.First of all, based on the understanding of the general hospital expansion research as the breakthrough point, through the analysis of some failure cases in the expansion of domestic, and dig out the reason why its present situation is not good.Second, to summarize the causes, and propose general hospital in the expansion of the need to integrate optimization design concept.Third, to integrate the idea of optimization design for further elaboration, explained the importance of integrated optimization in the design of hospital expansion and its purpose.Fourth, in order to avoid the continuation of the above situation, in order to the better development of hospital extension project in our country, the author extension for general hospital integrated optimization design method has carried on the preliminary exploration, and points out the importance of the expansion design prophase planning, and respectively summarized from two aspects of planning and single building integrated design method of optimization.Finally, combined with the actual investigation of the expansion project, verify the application of the above research results in engineering practice, and hope that the results of this study to comprehensive hospital expansion design of other researchers and practitioners can have a positive reference value.
