Research On Cost Optimization Of Ppp Project Based On BIM Technology And IPD Management Mode

With the accelerating development speed,China's demand for infrastructure construction is also increasing.PPP(Public-Private Partnership)projects improve the efficiency of infrastructure with its unique advantages.However,in the practice of PPP projects,problems such as profit distribution have limited the development of PPP projects.Therefore,how to optimize the cost of PPP project and distribute the profit reasonably has become a hot topic of research.In the traditional PPP project,the parties involved only get involved in the corresponding link.The project is still dominated by the government,which leads to the government's dominant position in the interest game with social capital,resulting in low social capital participation rate,low project management efficiency and cost overruns.The popularization of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology and IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)integrated management mode indicates the direction for cost optimization and management cooperation of PPP projects.First of all,this paper studied the current development status and existing problems of PPP projects,took the problem as the guidance,and understood the domestic and foreign research on IPD integrated management mode and BIM technology in engineering cost optimization.Secondly,studied the IPD integrated management mode,the relationship between the BIM technology,and the IPD BIM technology in the PPP project integration management mode and the whole cycle of cost on the collaborative optimization was analyzed,with the actual PPP project as a case,through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative way,shows the effect on PPP project lifecycle cost optimization.Compared with the existing models,the collaboration of BIM technology and IPD integrated management model conforms to the concept of lean construction and is more conducive to the cost optimization of PPP projects.With the deepening of the research and the continuous improvement of the technology,the effect of the two on the cost optimization of PPP projects will become more and more obvious.
