Research On Cost Control Of Expressway GL Project Based On Life Cycle

With the development of social economy,the importance of traffic infrastructure has been further highlighted.As one of the necessary transportation components in modern society,the construction of expressway can not only establish space channel for regional cooperation,but also provide people with more convenient transportation mode.In recent years,in order to optimize the traffic infrastructure in China,the central and local governments have increased the investment cost of highway project construction,which provides abundant development impetus for the development of highway project construction.With the increasing number of expressway projects,the problems existing in the project management of expressway are exposed,especially the cost control and management of expressway projects.Therefore,the research on highway project cost control can provide a new reference for the cost control of highway construction enterprises.Based on the domestic highway cost management research and exploration,this paper takes GL project as the research object,decomposes GL project with the help of life cycle cost management theory,analyzes the cost structure of highway project,and focuses on the problems and causes of GL project cost control.The research shows that there are some problems in the cost control of GL project,such as the lack of economic awareness in the investment estimation stage,the deviation in the cost source analysis in the preliminary design estimation stage and so on.The main causes of these problems are the defects in the investment estimation system and the lack of engineering design depth of GL project.In view of the existing problems and causes of GL project cost control,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on highway project cost control similar to GL project.By improving the cost control in investment estimation stage and introducing GL project design economic demonstration,the whole life cycle theory is divided into different stages,and corresponding cost control measures are put forward according to the work contents of different stages,so as to find the high-speed highway project In order to optimize the cost control of highway project and provide reference for the sustainable development of the cost management of highway project,the balance point between the cost control and quality management of highway project is established.
