As double cold reduction technique is widly used in tank and tin trip producting industry, it also provided a way for producting tagger plate. More and more higher request is needed for production output and quality of DCR (Double Cold Reduction) mill, with developing of cold rolling technique. Nevertheless rolling processing parameter model is called the soul of DCR mill working, which stands for the key technology system.Life cycle cost (LCC) technology is a technically economic method that seeks for the optimal cost a machine consumes in it's life. LCC researching has positive effects on controlling products cost, selecting managerial strategy of a system, optimizing products qualities, striving for the best cost effectiveness. But the reliable logic relation between system and components can't be represented by the traditional method of LCC estimation and analysis which neither exactly import reliability and maintainability theory importantly influencing system's LCC nor consider LCC from the point of system safety; furthermore models are too simple and lots of hypothesis inconform with practices. For instance such problems as assumption of systems or components are out of maintenance, failure rates of components are constant, components life, the time of repair and replacing are fixed value but random all affect the estimation and application of LCC.The definition and model of general system are studied in this paper, the influencing factors of LCC are analyzed on the point of technical function; form that usually applied Cost Breakdown of system cost is established on the base that accords to the traditional disassembling rules and methods, and the paper analyze the cost that is easily neglected in traditional disassembling but has important significance, considering the safety factor of the system, the expenditure after system failure is proposed that is added into maintenance and warranty cost. In addition the estimation model of system LCC is researched and the simulation model is put forward.Many predict algorithm of system LCC are compared, merits and faults of traditional system LCC are analyzed. Monte Carlo simulating algorithm that forecast whole LCC of a system is proposed. To predict whole LCC of unit, series and parallel system is realized by applying the method and programming, costing predictive algorithm of complex system is proposed on which the whole LCC is analyzed.Moreover, affective factors of system LCC is discussed from the angle of economics, the evaluation methodology of equipments'LCC is deeply studied, two main evaluation strategies, static and dynamic, are analyzed, the evaluation index, content and procedure of system are summarized. Finally, the purpose of researching system LCC technology is represented and the application of LCC analysis in system designing, selecting and updating is emphatically explained.
