Research On The Renewal Public Policy Of Xiamen Baijia Village Based On The Residential Needs Of Property Subjects

With the development of the city and the changes in the way people live,the living conditions in modern historical settlements are increasingly unable to meet the needs of people's lives,and they need to be renovated.Especially today,with the rapid changes in the appearance of cities,the architectural characteristics and historical environment of some modern historical settlements have been destroyed;at the same time,a large number of indigenous people have to move to the edge of the city due to demolition,and the cultural landscape of the old city has undergone tremendous Variety.In enhancing the environment of modern historical settlements,how to deal with various contradictions,protect and promote historical culture,and protect the vital interests of residents has become an urgent task.As the first batch of planned and designed communities in Xiamen in modern times,Baijiacun has a self-evident value.Therefore,its renovation research is an important exploration in the renewal of the old city.This article takes Baijia Village as an example,and on the basis of explaining the evolution and development status of Baijia Village's historical settlements,it uses a combination of questionnaires and field interviews to identify the value of historical settlements.Through further analysis of the survey questionnaire and the results of field interviews,the housing needs and renewal needs of the residents of Baijia Village were extracted.Based on the actual needs of residents,research on Xiamen's existing public policies related to housing,and proposed that residents' interests were damaged due to the unclear property rights system during the process of residential area renewal,and historical settlements were damaged due to inadequate policy supervision.Issues such as limited update methods due to high standards for public policy development.Finally,in view of the above problems,specific policy optimization suggestions are proposed from three aspects: updating the premise of public policy optimization,updating the public policy,and supporting public policies in Baijia Village,Xiamen.This article sorts out the contradictions between the residential needs of Baijia village residents and the renewal of public policies,and their solutions,and provides a reference work method and useful suggestions for similar research and practice of renewal of historical settlements in modern times.
