With the high-speed development of urbanization, Shenzhen which the fastest economic growth, the most dynamic and creative city in China is facing the critical period of city transformation, the powerful breakthrough of sustainable development is tocombine population housing security and stockland resource development.The population housing security in Shenzhen mainly focuses on theaffordable housing which give priorityto public rental housing,but faint land makes the development of stock land resource urgent. The combination is beneficial to resource sharing, saving land, construction of the government and to reduce the economic burden. the most abundant resources is the private housing in urban village. Combining twoaspects is the creative cooperation mode of the government and the villagers, it can directly and effectively make up for the inadequate supply of public rental housing,at the same time, governance the space problem and social problem in urban villages, To achieve the win-win of the interests of the government and the villagers, and public housing security groups.There are ertain policy guidance and practical case base of this code national include Shenzhen. Now there are multidisciplinary aspects to discuss for renting this pattern.In law, policy, economy, management and other aspects have carried out extensive research and exploration, but due to space limitations andprofessional suitability considerations, this article focuses the feasibility of reform and renovation methodon the space level.Research ideas of the paper is mainly divided into three steps: The feasibility study of building renovation for renting,the current situationresearch of typical urban villages building, the renovationmethodstudy of typical urban villages building.Space transformation includingthe living environment, building layout, construction monomer.Through the design requirements of public housing and the current situation of urban villagebuilding characteristicsanalysis and comparative study in space level, from the geographical advantage and service facilities, improving conditions to determine urban villages that could satisfy the requirement of public rental housing,and summarize the similarity, feasibility and difficulty of the combination, it is concluded that the three dimensions of reforming basic idea. Take Tanglang village which is the typical urban villageas an example, through questionnaire survey and building surveying and mapping to go on space present situation research. Put transportation construction,buildingdensity and building quality transformation as difficulty degree of the influencing factors to classify the village zoning and building, then analysisthe operability of living environment, architectural layout and the monomer building for public rental housing. Combining with the relevant standards in Shenzhen and successful cases in China and abroad for reference to putforward the reconstruction methods: From channel from road traffic, arrangement of greening landscape, perfect infrastructurethree aspects to regulation the living environment improvement; From the removal of monomer and integration, reserve a public space, build the corridor system to adjust building density; From the consolidation pattern classification, unit planar integration, integrate the three aspects of building structure building monomer;Fromfunction compound variability, spatial variability, furniturevariability to renovate module space. Trough the establishment of the relationship between private housing in urban village and public housing on space level, to perfect the system from policy management to transform the implementation, to provide theoretical reference for the private housing renovation in Shenzhen urban village.
