Study On The Adaptive Strategies Of Urban Non-standard Nursery And Kindergarten In South Fujian

The population baby boom under the influence of the "universal two-child policy" has affected the preschool education market in China.The number of kindergarten students keeps increasing,and the building types of urban child care are diversified.In the face of the huge gap of preschool education degree in the city,the government has promoted various policies,such as lowering the standards for running kindergartens in southern Fujian,and guiding the standardization of various private child care institutions to cope with the dilemma of "difficult to enter kindergartens,expensive to enter kindergartens".However,there are many problems in the use of environmental equipment in building sites of urban child care in southern Fujian.In this paper,the existing non-standard child care buildings that do not conform to the "kindergarten,nursery building design code" but have the park permit are analyzed as the research object.By means of literature review,field research,induction and analysis,this paper selects 19non-standard nursery buildings in the urban population concentration area of southern Fujian for research and analysis.The research objects were divided into four categories: site,scale,function and indoor environment.The characteristics and current situation of these non-standard nursery buildings were analyzed.Then,according to the in-depth research of non-standard childcare building,induction very is summarized in the environmental conditions under the condition of limited use of reasonable adaptive strategies: comprehensive use of various types of venue-no framed playgrounds and(semi-)indoor playgrounds,roof and floor level playing fields,playing fields or modified through different strategies selection site safety,green space,noise and air quality to meet the specification of construction sites and use requirements;The composite utilization of activity unit space,the time-sharing use of activity room or toilet and the composite utilization of public transportation space make up for the deficiency of building scale.Through the public space composite utilization,the cloakroom and the kitchen and other auxiliary room function simplification and ultraviolet disinfection lamp instead of disinfection room to make up for the lack of function;Ultraviolet disinfection lamp can be used to make up for the hidden danger of insufficient sunshine,optimize the plane of activity unit and the design of lighting mouth,improve the lighting coefficient,and improve the air quality by mechanical equipment.Finally,by referring to the regulations on kindergarten standards in other urban areas and combining with the current situation and adaptive strategies,the paper puts forward some suggestions on kindergarten standards suitable for southern Fujian: stressing compulsory standards for child care buildings;the adjustment of the objects;differentiated,flexible and detailed elastic standards according to local conditions to encourage the diversified development of child care building.
