Abstract/Summary:
The kindergarten has become a necessity for a society, it can meet people’s basic living needs, is also a national culture of important infrastructure of the new generation. There exist many defects in the design and construction of the kindergarten today in our country, the defect is reflected in:the learning, living environment of kindergarten is a single, cold;Neglect of exploration and understanding for children psychological and behavioral characteristics, early childhood education philosophy is relatively backward. In order to improve the scientific and cultural level and the overall quality of the Chinese nation as soon as possible, carry out "education must grab from baby" thought, must strengthen the research for our kindergarten design concept and method including the Haining area, improve our kindergarten construction.The content of this study is the development and design of kindergarten building in Zhejiang Haining area, the research methods are literature research method, survey method, case demonstration method, qualitative analysis.Analysis of Haining city kindergarten construction quantity and the number of children in the garden, found it has experienced explosive growth in the initial stage of reform and opening up, since 2008, the number of shows decreasing trend. The main reason is because of the national policy of birth control implement win support among the people, the total number of school-age admission children reduced. The relevant departments of the government should change the concept of early childhood education, support for private capital to start kindergarten kindergarten, pay close attention to the quality of design and construction quality of kindergarten. Support and encourage the development of kindergarten in Haining city; Through the investigation, we found that there exist some defects in the key of kindergarten buildings design of Haining City, the specific performance:Haining City Kindergarten in the functional design, generally uses the single set of movable unit, ignore every child the difference growth, mature and self selection activities will; designer of kindergarten personnel in Haining had no physiological and psychological characteristics of in-depth study of children, the design is still difficult to fully meet the needs of children; The less consideration in the layout of architectural design. Further analysis showed that, the kindergarten design norms of our country is too old, has been implemented for nearly 30 years, it has been difficult to adapt to the rapid development of modern society and the modern early childhood education concept, should be timely modify, perfect. The lag of preschool education concept in China, the guiding ideology is difficult to meet the need of the reality. Design of kindergarten personnel should fully understand the parents and kindergarten managers about the different requirements for the various activities of the kindergarten building; design guiding ideology adhere to people-oriented; kindergarten construction need to adhere to the principle of reasonable construction planning, step-by-step implementation; at the same time, in order to reduce the design quality problem, also can take the organization design bidding and selection, strengthening design the program review and optimization strengthening quality management in the design process and other measures to improve the design quality management.
