In recent years,a series of problems such as indoor decoration pollution,food safety and drinking water safety have seriously affected people’s healthy life.Faced with this situation,the state has issued the outline of "healthy China 2030",which clearly proposes to promote the construction of a healthy China.Healthy building is an important carrier of healthy China and an important way to improve people’s health.With the improvement of people’s living standard and the progress of building technology,the current " Evaluation standards for healthy buildings " in China should be further improved to better guide the further development of healthy building.As a healthy building evaluation standard with high international recognition,American WELL building standard has advanced evaluation system and content.Therefore,this paper hopes to make a comparative analysis of the "Evaluation standards for healthy buildings " in China and the "WELL building standards" in the United States,point out the problems existing in the new situation of " Evaluation standards for healthy buildings ",and put forward the development Suggestions of "Evaluation standards for healthy buildings ",so as to provide references for the further improvement of the standards in China..First of all,this paper carries out literature research on the research background,concepts and academic trends of healthy buildings,and defines the main purpose and research ideas of this paper.Through the method of field research,9 healthy building projects in five provinces and cities were selected for investigation,and problems existing in the design,construction and operation of healthy building were summarized and analyzed.Through the method of questionnaire survey,the construction practitioners were investigated to summarize the problems existing in the current implementation of " Evaluation standards for healthy buildings ".Secondly,the papers on the background of domestic and international health building evaluation standard,evaluation method and combing analysis technology content,focus evaluation index to the health of each standard detailed comparison,analysis of the similarities and differences between health building evaluation standard at home and abroad,points out that to consider health into building evaluation standard is a development trend in the field of architecture.Then,the paper compares the new and old versions of the us WELL building standard,summarizes the revision and change of the us WELL building standard from the perspective of the overall framework and index provisions,and then analyzes the changing trend of the us WELL building standard.Then,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the "Evaluation standards for healthy buildings " in China and the "WELL building standard" in the United States from four aspects: the formulation institution,the overall framework,the index provisions and the evaluation mechanism.This paper expounds the similarities and differences between Chinese and American health building evaluation standards,and analyzes the reasons for the similarities and differences.Finally,the paper through the comparison of health building evaluation standard of China and the United States,the paper summarizes the “Evaluation standards for healthy buildings” under the new situation,existing problems,and at the same time,the advanced experience of WELL construction standard,and combining the situation of our country put forward the “Evaluation standards for healthy buildings” in evaluating methods,index system and the development of operation management advice,as our country standard and optimized constantly subsequent revision work to offer help and reference.
