With the advance of reform and opening up,the stone industry has gradually developed and matured.D stone co.,LTD.,located in Shuitou town,Nan 'an,was founded in 2000.Its main business includes stone production and import and export trade.The company entered the home decoration market in 2014,but the company's business in the home decoration market still accounts for less than 1% of the market share.Install the business of the market and revenue share nor more than 10%.How to create a marketing strategy suitable for the home decoration market while ensuring the company's sustainable and rapid development is a problem that must be considered and solved at present.Based on the actual situation of the company,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the company's marketing strategy.In the analysis process,relevant theories of marketing strategies are applied to put forward marketing strategies for home decoration market that are suitable for market changes and future development of the company.This paper is divided into seven chapters.First,it introduces the research background,significance,purpose,method,integrated marketing theory,STP theory,SWOT analysis model and so on.Secondly,it makes use of PEST to analyze the macro environment and industry environment in which the company is currently located,and makes a targeted analysis of the purchasing behaviors of target consumers.Through SWOT analysis,it shows the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks in a form.This provides reference for the marketing strategy of home decoration market.Then,it analyzes the marketing situation and existing problems of D stone co.,LTD.It mainly includes the basic information of company D,the marketing situation,the existing problems in the marketing situation and the reasons.Finally,based on the above analysis,put forward the marketing strategy for the home decoration market.Through the STP theory to market segmentation positioning,from the product,price,channels,brand,service and other aspects of the marketing strategy to carry out a specific analysis.The article focuses on the product,pricing,channels,cooperation and other aspects of innovation and improvement.Put forward safeguard measures to ensure the successful completion of marketing strategy.It mainly includes personnel training,team motivation,standardized management and so on.The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the home decoration marketing of D company,and to formulate marketing strategies that meet the needs of the company.
