As the notice on further strengthening the management of the housing decoration of Ministry of housing and Urban-Rural development issued,many house had to decorated before selling,the competition between the decoration company turns to more fiercely.The decoration company has to take more attention on the decoration design and materials and the development of distribution channel.Jinan Marceau decoration co.,ltd(hereinafter referred to as “Marceau decoration company”)is a company which famous of conference marketing strategy,but its performance had declined for two years.It has many problems such as single product and marketing channels,the low level of service and process management.Aiming at solving the marketing problems of Marceau decoration company,this paper uses 7Ps marketing strategy theory,five forces model analysis,conference marketing,service blueprint and other related theories.In this paper,the writer introduce the marketing policies and problems of the company firstly,then analyzing the macro and industrial environment of the company.In the end,the writer bring out the improved policies about the product,price,distribution,promotion,personnel,physical display and process management,the important method such as extension of product line and marketing channels,improvement of the method of price.On the other hand,the writer put forward some supporting measures such as increasing the information management.We hope this research can help Marceau Decoration Company to breakthrough marketing bottlenecks early,and also hope to provide certain reference for other domestic enterprise.
